Been here for way too long they nickel and dime you for everything. Do not move here they made it look a bit better but the service and quality coming from that front office is trash. Ready to move away !
Let me just start with Nicole is a joke. She has no idea how to run a property.. so unorganized.. unprofessional.. I am so glad I finally decided to leave in June .. I was fed up with not being informed in why I needed to have my apartment accessible for days on end for numberous inspections and a lot of time with no notice. Then we have dumb and dumber working in maintenance.. they can’t even screw in a light bulb (no joke) I guess you get what you pay for ? If you want to live in a halfway decent area but feel like you are in the slums then move here!!
I have been here for 4 years.. only stayed for convienence and I did not want to move. But the experience has been awful once the current manager took over. I admit the previous staff could be unprofessional at times but, I have never been afraid to call maintenance if I had an issue but , now it’s like if I ask for anything it’s a big inconvenience. I pay my rent every month on time no issues and this is stupid. Any time you ask the office a question they get super defensive and reflect. I am ready to move when my lease is up and honestly since they have an “asset management” company now owning them .. i am having my attorney look at any way out of the rest of my lease..
so I sent to rent the apt i was declined so when I went to cash my $125 walmart couldnt cash it because the leasing constulant defaced the money order with a pencil eraser cause she told me to write out the mo in pencil. so now I need to send $125 mo to Corp and wait 30 to 60 days for my money to be return.
Great place to live as I have been living here for 9 years.
close your eyes and dream of a quiet home, 710 square feet where the bedroom has separate closets, great neighbors, community pool parties and cook outs -- bingo where the winner gets 100.00 off the rent - property managers who are so easy to talk to and understanding, pet friendly, tanning bed, work out area, within walking distance from shopping and restaurants. where are you you ask? THIS IS VILLA NOVA!!!!!
My apartment is alright, it could be a bit more modern and have a bit more space.
