Property Ratings at Villa Pacific Apartments *$500.00 off *
We have happily lived here for 2 years, but are moving out of state for my husbands job or else we wouldn't leave. Since I was just going through the hassle of apartment hunting in a new city, I've noticed that positive, unbiased reviews are very hard to come by! Darlene and the staff have always responded quickly to our maintenance issues, and all work orders were completed within 24 hours. I don't recall any excessive or unnecessary walk throughs, especially not without ample notice. Everyone on staff is very friendly, trustworthy, and really seem to care about the residents. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are clean, and as cat parents, we are OBSESSED with the ability to turn our balcony into a screened in "catio" so our floofs can safely use the little sliding window to let themselves outside... and use their litter box in a place where I don't have to smell it lol. We LOVED having a garage spot, and the storage unit that comes with it is insanely large. We were able to keep any clutter out of our house and stored away in a safe, clean environment. Finding street parking for our second car is easy, and we have always felt safe with our car on the residential streets. Ok the negative-ish: Rent increases? Sure it sucks. But it's so-cal and the economy is up. Literally EVERYONE has raised rent. Even when we thought about downsizing and moving more east, rent has gone up there too. For the space, accessibility, and comfortability we get here, it wasn't worth leaving. Overall, we highly recommend this complex! Safe, clean, friendly staff, great location with lots of restaurants, salons, and grocery shopping just a block away, (Hello, Sprouts!) and easy access to the 5 and all the additional shopping in Clairemont.
We just moved in yesterday and these apartments so nice (so far!)!The manager is super friendly. The walls are so soundproof it doesn't feel like apartment living at all. The laundry rooms are super clean and nice, the pools are very clean, neighbors are quiet, the views are awesome, the rent is cheap-ish, what more can you ask for??
