Property Ratings at Villa Santa Fe Apartments
I love my apartment and the privacy I have living here, it’s very quiet and I’m glad I chose here to live. Only downside is the fact the washing machines are always down.
all my neighbors have been here for over 10 years. it feels like a family, everyone watches out for each other here.
This is my second time living here. My parents lived here when I was a kid and I grew up in these apartments. I went to elementary school across the street and high school is just down the street. I moved out and I came back as an adult because this is the only area that makes me feel safe. And the apartments are always clean and quiet which is a plus.
we had to leave much earlier than I wanted to. We moved in with the expectation that management was good at implementing the terms of their contract and "strict." We were constantly dealing with issues with our neighbors smoking marijuana downstairs (I even thought something caught fire once because the smoke was visible inside my apartment). The first couple times I called, I was told I need to call them when it was actually happening (kinda hard when it happens at 2am or 6am right?). When it happened around 8am, they were able to come and see how smokey my apartment smelled, they agreed it smelled "toxic." After that, they just said to keep calling when it happens. Finally they told me there is nothing they can do about it other than tell the renter downstairs not to smoke, and that is when I decided it was time to go. If you have small kids, or are sensitive to cigarette or marijuana smoke don't rent upstairs, the smoke seeps right through and will flood your entire space. Management will literally do nothing about it (aside from waste your time) despite claiming to be smoke-free. Also, the AC doesn't cool above what feels like 80 degrees.
I have been living here for seven years. The only reason I have not moved, it’s because my husband and I work. The high school is within walking distance, it’s a safe neighborhood so my daughter walked to middle school and now high school. They give 50 fine tickets for everything, if kids are bouncing a ball outside, if they are being loud. If your car leaks oil and didn’t notice it the same day. They clean it and give a fine. Go rent somewhere else. All the employees live here so they are always watching what everyone does. It’s stressful. I am glad I have no little ones, because here they have no lives. That is why there is always apartments for rent everyone leaves.
I called and left a message, 3 days later I was contacted to schedule an appointment. The woman I spoke with, I told her I wasn't able to make it that particular weekend, so I told her if I could reach out to her the following Thurs/Fri to schedule an appt for the next weekend,IF the apt was available for rent. The woman proceeded to guarantee the unit being rented out by that Monday so I should bother calling her back!! With an attitude and severe crass. I chose to politely decline anything all together. NOTE: This happened back in Jan/Feb 2019, and no the woman never gave me her name to begin with.
want you to make 4xs rent in month, you can be able to afford this but they still wont approve you unless you make 4xs that is ridiculous i feel as if they just judged.
Aweful customer service . Employees and the owner are very rude . They are nice to you when you live in but after a couple of months. You really see how they started treating you . Those review are from the employees that live there. Go rent else where if you could . Not worth the head aches if I could give them a zero stars I would .
Management is great. Always there when you need. No major issues here.
I really like living here. The apt is clean and up keep is great. There are a lot of apt but it's still a quiet calm place to live.I love that there are 2 pools and 2 laundry rooms. Close to the freeways and shopping and parks.
