VISITING OUR COMMUNITY: Our community is open, and we can’t wait to show you your new apartment home! Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in compliance with suggested CDC health and safety guidelines our offices are not open to walk-in traffic; doors will be locked. This allows us to participate in social distancing and control the number of persons in our office at any given time. Our offices are staffed and email and phone communication is welcomed. In person contact is allowed by appointment only; please call or email us to schedule an appointment. Our community offers spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments. Features such as, emergency pull cords, balconies, and many events for our residents. We also pay UTILITIES! CALL US TODAY to make it your new home! Overcrowded parking lot

The location is about the only good thing about Villa Serena apartments. Parking lot is overcrowded, and a few rusty old cars serve as a grim reminder of what is going to happen to yours once you move in. Car covers are not allowed, and neither is a light car wash with the store bought supplies. Not even windows wash which is a violation of the rental agreement and can affect your security deposit. There are only a few of the handicapped parking spaces — come on, this building is for the older folks who’d need these spaces more than the younger staff members. But who cares? Definitely not the management.

Poor communication with prospective tenants

I am on a wait list. Found an incoming call on my phone, made from Villa Serena number. But no message nor a voice mail. I called the office number from which the call was originated and left a message. So far no one got back to me, which speaks volumes. Poor communication, I can’t imagine what could happen if I was a tenant. I don’t think so.

Do you want comfort and cleanliness?

These apartments apartments are not a comfortable setting and public areas are not well maintained. Bedbugs and unsafe.

Love the floor plan

Located near intersection of major roads, the apartment building is easy to access. Close to grocery shopping and more with two shopping centers nearby. Ample parking for the residents and guests including handicapped parking, a feature that I will never take for granted. The office staff is helpful and ready to answer all your questions. I toured a studio apartment and was impressed. It is on a smaller side but extremely efficient, with a total of four closets, imagine that. A coat closet, a broom closet, a linen closet, and a clothes closet. How often does that happen with an apartment? Very thoughtful design. The floor is wood-looking vinyl planks, and the view out the large window is fantastic. Overall I am very pleased and highly recommend this apartment building.

Having lived here since before the renovation, I can honestly say it isn't a great place to live. Most of the neighbors are nice but building is not managed well. Repeated issues with people smoking, public intoxication, bed bugs & roaches.
