Encompassing the entire west side of Florida State University, the University neighborhood consists of several smaller neighborhoods, like Amelia Circle, Elberta Empire, and Mabry Manor. The neighborhood stretches from just north of Highway 90 south toward Seminole Golf Course and Club. Because it is so close to campus, University consists of a variety of housing -- ranch-style houses, townhomes, apartment communities, and student housing developments help make this eclectic area even more interesting. Mature trees shade the streets, and residential areas with cul-de-sacs create a suburban feel to this downtown neighborhood. Residents enjoy proximity to Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium, home of the Seminoles football team.

Property Ratings at Villa Siena
Beautiful view from the Living room makes this place worthwhile! Green and airy! Maintenance can be so much better though! Just the trees and sunshine are reason enough to stay!
I have lived in the apartment one full year without a single problem. I paid my rent on time and have requested very little of the apartment complex. Even after the complex changed my rent, during the renewal process, I still decided to stay, out of convenience. However, I am no experiencing the largest problem since. I have requested a repair in my apartment almost three weeks ago. I have stopped by several time and was assured with will get done the next day. It hasn't. Finally, my third time stopping by, I was simple told to deal with it and they will get to it when they do. Completely no regard for their responsibilities, as I noticed with minor details. The service was never great but this takes it to a new low.
i have lived at Villa Siena for a year now and renewed my lease for another year. it is a quite community with a great location. I can walk to class and games which is amazing! A new office and maintenance staff just took over in April and they are wonderful. the maintenance team always takes care of my apartment right away and the office staff are friendly and always willing to help. I definitely recommend living here!
