Don't be fooled by the polished look, in a few months you'll notice how cheaply made everything is, how much management does not care for their residents and all the leaks, roaches, poor wiring that you'll be waiting months to get fixed by lazy maintenance.

it is the worse and horrible place to live in. I can start from the rude, unorganized, and careless office and manager- especially the new management- all they care about is money. the apartments are too old, dirty, roaches are everywhere (when I say roaches, I mean army of them not 1 or 2), the gate is always not in operation, you never feel safe. our 2 cars have been broken in, and our neighbor's as well, but they never care. I honestly try to find one thing positive about this place, but I can' find. so happy this is our last month here.
I would like to start off by saying Mrs.Jo is the best. She has made me feel right at home. I love my apartment!
Very... VERY... thin walls. When your neighbor comes home, it sounds like YOUR door is being opened. Packages left at my door have been tampered with, parking after 8pm is HORRIBLE! DREADFUL! Rent goes up $10 every 5-7 months with no advanced warning. Water is not included, so for 1 person, I had to add around $65 per month for it- more than I paid in a 4bed house with 3 people!. Ridiculous considering how the water may not be on in the daytime. Outdoor storage usually moldy as well. Location for errands and the highway is the only good thing honestly. I didn't feel safe here either. Gate usually not in operation.
Aside from constant roaches and the exterminators not giving a crap the pet policy has shot up to a ridiculous amount from a solid 300 to 650 plus 15 rent it’s absolutely ridiculous.
Please don’t move here if you are a single and going to own two cars you might not get two stickers, I had my car tow here today cause no sticker I have one already on my van but it’s in the shop and was ask to remove it to put it on my car why when I will eventually get my van out the shop make no sense they will not sell you a sticker to put it on your second vehicle so don’t move here this place sucks big time.
So as it is a gated community the gate is always broken!! I wasted 50 dollars for a gate card when the gate is always broken! Now I have a down stairs apartment, and the upstairs neighbors are jumping and stomping around so much that our light fixtures are shaking and one time one fell of the ceiling and almost hit my family members on the head. Going to complain is like talking to a wall !! The manager is unprofessional and rude and will lie straight to your face. Now I had an issue that the apartment flooded one of the bathrooms ,hallway, dining area and went into the living room I called not once but twice this was at 8:45-9:00 pm left message for maintenance 24 hour maintenance . I received a call stating that they cannot get a hold of management or maintenance but they will keep trying!!! Meanwhile I had to walk over to an apartment where one of the ladies live to tell someone and was told to clean it up and they will get someone over in the morning! We asked for someone to come out to professionally dry out the dampness in walls and floors was told that it would happen has yet to happen it has been 2 weeks now. Called spoke with manager and she acted as if she has no knowledge of the contractor never coming out when she called them . Now we have a mold problem !! They only want their rent money ( which we pay on time) they could care less about their clients! You get what you pay for I guess
I've had better and worse. It's a quiet comfortable apartment complex. LIKES: It's gated, safe, walking distance from a Kroger, I didn't have a roach problem (I mean i saw a few when my neighbor moved first moved next door but I don't keep food out so I barely see them), but they definitely don't have any rodents, the AC always works, my maintenance requests usually are fixed with in two days and they have an emergency number to call for maintenance that 24 hours. DISLIKES: They didn't have assigned parking spots so if I don't get home before 2 am I have to park far away, which was a problem for me because i work Nights. But they're in the process of assigning parking spot to certain apartments so that shouldn't be a problem after 9/1/2016
the building that im at is very convenient to wash area and also to bus line area . i was not able to use the pool area at all this summer cause it stayed dirty most of the time. my lease will be up soon and dont plan to stay.
I have been in this complex for the last 6 to 7 months and there is a huge roach problem. They seem to never go away.The pest control does not properly rid of the problem. Maintenance is very poor. I have had many occasions where I have reported an issue in my apartment the morning of, and still the next day no response after many calls re-submitting my issues. The gates aren't always closed. They are left open for just anyone to get in. The management at the leasing office does not communicate well with their tenants. The utility costs are inconsistent.
I loved living in this apartment. It's the perfect blend of quality living in the best location - after researching lots of apartments, there are very few apartments in Houston with this mix of qualities. The building is relatively new and has tasteful interiors and beautiful.
