Thank you for your interest in our lovely apartment community here at Villa West! Many updates and a beautiful garden courtyard, for you to come home too! We have spacious one and two bedroom units, some with fireplaces and or skylights! The ground floor units have a walk-out patio, and top floors have a private balcony! In either case, you will love your view of the in-ground pool, garden courtyard, and or koi pond with a waterfall and fountain! There are also, two grills, and we supply the propane all thru the year! We are conveniently located two minutes walking distance to Dillon's grocery, McDonalds, QuikTrip and more shopping!

I have lived here for the last 2 years. The complex is nice and quiet, much more so than anywhere I've ever lived. The property is well maintained and the courtyard is lovely. All of the apartments face in toward the courtyard, so you feel like you're in a little community. - Grace Lyons

We have lived here for a while. Neighbors are nice-Convenient location with in walking distance of Dillons,QT and a bus stop near by. Great office and maintenance staff.

I actually love where I live. Villa West apartments are clean, well-kept and the management team is friendly. I have lived here for 13 years, and my mother lived here for 35 years.
