Village at Aspen Place

Great location convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Whole Foods. Very short walk to downtown Flagstaff. Well maintained spaces. Good amenities - fitness room, massage therapist onsite, indoor mail and package concierge, indoor garbage chutes, and recycling available.

This apartment complex has overall been great. The amenities are largely in working order and are great, the convenience of living above retail and dining is fantastic. Management and maintenance are overall really helpful and top notch, things like little events and communicative emails really are nice. The only issues we have had come from residents, who simply do not care about what the lease says. That is not something that should discourage you from living or staying here as our unit is really nice and we have been able to make it our home. Thanks VAP.

VAP is a great place to live, the neighbors are friendly and everyone is very kind. The building is clean and taken care of. I can tell that there is a focus on resident satisfaction here.

I love everything about living here: gym, pool/spa, weight room, garage, design of my apartment, the staff, and its location - next to restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and Whole Foods!

While I had some move-in challenges, Ryan and Naomi and the VAP staff have been excellent at addressing these issues and making things as smooth as possible. Great communication and response to concerns.

I have been living in the Village at Aspen Place for 5 years. I highly recommend it. The amenities are great. My apartment have a beautiful view of Humphreys. The neighborhood is well located. Convenient location. The staff is friendly.

This has been my home for three years, and the management at VAP has ensured. Greystsr should be proud of this team and their willingness to deliver the residents a home. Naomi and Nathan have exceeded expectations and have worked diligently to provide an exceptional experience. I would give VAP my highest recommendation to anybody.

The location is great. I love the businesses that are so close. It is near NAU and my grandson’s work. The layout of the building is confusing.

Aspen Place and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The staff are like family. They work very hard for you and I just really care about all of them. This is home and it feels great!!!!

Although i’ve only been a part of this community for a few weeks, I really enjoy living here. This is my first apartment so I had no idea what to do. The property manager I got in contact with made sure the move went as smooth as possible!

First and foremost, the apartment's location is superb. Situated in a vibrant and desirable neighborhood, it offers easy access to a plethora of amenities, including grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite or enjoy a leisurely stroll, everything was just a stone's throw away.

The complex is clean and well maintained! The location is great with shopping walking distance or a short drive away! The size of the apartment I have is great and not offered elsewhere! I moved here from another state and did the application online prior to visiting and doing a tour, the leasing staff was great in helping us through that all! Maintenance is on top of things!

I love living here so far. You can’t beat the location, most everything is walkable. The leasing office is very helpful and kind ( Naomi, Ryan & Nathan). It is a nice quiet & clean community. The layout of my apartment is perfect for me since I work from home. Lots of nice amenities as well and a very safe area.

We love our apartment at Aspen Place. With heavy doors and walls, it feels more like a house- we rarely hear any neighbors. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are high quality and the faux wood floors are very nice and easy to maintain. We love having a balcony to sit out in the Flagstaff air. On the rare occasion we've needed to contact the maintenance department - they respond very quickly and are friendly and extremely competent. The gym and clubhouse are beautifully maintained and enjoyable. We hope to be here for a very long time!

Village at Aspen Place is a beautiful facility but don’t plan on living there long because the annual rent increases of 14% will wind up forcing you out on the street.

Our move-in at Village at Aspen Place was made very easy by the staff team who always answered our questions or concerns. The apartment and facilities are amazing, and the location is extremely convenient, at walking distance from dowtown, grocery store, restaurants and shops. We totally recommend it!

Aspen Village is a convenient location to stores and eateries. Its beautiful, clean and great amenities on site.

The local community is very nice and friendly but can be a bit noisy after hours sometimes. The Wild Flower Bread Company has in the past had cleaning crews will be cleaning after midnight and have been very noisy waking me and my neighbors up. If the city has a noise ordinance it needs to be enforced.

We love the design, quality of the kitchen/floring/fixtures, the convenient workout facility, the view, the helpfulness of staff, and the location. We are quite pleased with our tough decision to sell our house and move into the apartment.

The Village at Aspen Place is great! The apartments are upscale, and the building is clean, well maintained and secure. The covered parking garage is a definite plus in the winter.
