Hi User thanks for reviewing us! We're happy to know that you've had a great experience and look forward to seeing you again soon!
There was a time when Brookline was the only town within a city in the United States. I don't know if this is still so, but Brookline has a great and very progressive public-school system and it provided "Safe Spaces." before any other school system in the state... in the very early 80s. Brookline has been first in many positive changes with its very own government, environment, and school nutrition program. The town of Brookline Provides many thoughtful and well-planned amenities for its senior citizens.

Residency in the, Village at Brookline CONTINUES to be an upwardly- evolving, sometimes challenging (only due to site IMPROVEMENTS), an extremely pleasant experience! For the services, value, friendliness and helpfulness of Management, Maintenance, Custodial, and Groundskeeping Staff, close proximity to transportation and local events; I would be hard-pressed to recommend any place else.

I appreciate the ability to go outside and get to the train station in 5 minutes. The outside and inside atmosphere is good. The outside and inside are usually well maintained, and sometimes things are fixed on time but we usually have to wait awhile before maintenance comes and fixes them.
The Village at Brookline has really become a true home for me. I enjoy everything about it, especially my own personal living space, and the safety it provides. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Overall I am pleased with The Village. However , the time it takes to get an order completed needs improvement.
In general Iam satisfied with .maintenance. However , I find service to be slower than in the past. I am very pleased with the politeness and friendliness of crew.
The Village at Brookline is in a great location. There are stores near by as well as public transportation. The grounds and facilities are great.
very professional, friendly, and helpful staff. I am very happy about the people who work and live in the Village At Brookline they care for one another.
Overall I like the location, neighbors and cleanliness.
Village at Brookline is a good place to live, very clean, quiet, with good neighbors, all employees are competent and attentive. I'm really enjoying living here.
Services are good and staff is very accommodating...thank you
The lack of communication with residents and staff is awful.
Very nice and cozy apartment complex in a good neighborhood.
good place to live and conveniently located to bus and train
After visiting several assisted living communities, Village at Brookline offers more; without the added expense.
Have been a tenant from the very beginning and cannot recall any major complaints
Since my last review, several items have either been completed or are nearing completion. (1) The new 77 Village Way Resident Community Center has opened with a tasteful and relaxing Cafe and a nicely-appointed exercise/fitness center. We plan to make as much use of these amenities as our schedule permits. (2) Though some residents miss the familiarity and convenience of the old, lobby-specific mail and package delivery area: I personally enjoy the security and convenience of the new and centralized Mail/Package Center. (3) Work continues on the new open-air lobby entrances with their promised enhanced security. The work is tasteful and well-appointed. The overall impression is upscale and promises to be more pleasing to guests. (4) Work seems nearly complete on the second lobby elevator! When in action, it will more than double the traffic-handling capacity of that transport system, as queueing theory works better, the more servers added. (5) Though the snow hides much, given the progress made on the grounds this past summer and fall until winter's onset, the expectation is for a spring season filled with the signs and smells or new flowers and shrubs. All this infrastructure upgrade comes at the cost of certain inconveniences now and again, but having worked in both the construction and production computing trades in my earlier years, this just is to be expected. Once the payoffs are seen, I expect few to remember the specifics of any of them.
The Village at Brookline is a very convenient, safe and well maintained community to live in,always striving to make your living situation a most pleasurable one. Excellent maintenance staff as well as management team making it an ideal place for urban living.I am a resident for 12 years now.
The Village of Brookline is very nice community. Well ma job in keeping the buildings clean and well-maintained. There a great program such as exercise classes, Coffee and refreshments, lab. Very nice and safe environmental.
Good place to live.work orders are completed shortly after there submitted
