Westover is a large neighborhood about seven miles west of Downtown Fayetteville. The neighborhood is also located directly south of Fort Bragg, one of the nation's largest military bases, so it’s a great option for military employees and families. This suburban neighborhood has multiple schools, parks, restaurants, and shopping plazas. Westover is also home to Cross Creek Mall, the city’s largest mall. Similar to many areas in North Carolina, Westwood has a low cost of living and is known for its affordability. There are several apartments, houses, condos, and townhomes available for rent that will fit a variety of budgets. There are even some residences that have nice views of Westover’s lakes. Although Westover is laden with amenities, residents appreciate having access to Interstate 295, Route 401, and All-American Freeway to reach other locales.

The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the office staff is friendly. Otherwise, I would be giving them 1 star. My boyfriend and I moved in on June 29th, 2021. We had to pay for the last few days of June as well as all of July before moving in. After paying that, we got charged for July again. I went into the office and straightened that out but got charged a $45 late fee for "not paying for the month of July on time." I called and they said they would straighten it out. We have also seen 4 huge cockroaches in the 2 weeks that we have been living here and their pest control is just a guy who comes in and sprays the doors with stuff that doesn't even repel the roaches. A lot of our appliances are barely functional or don't work. They said they put in a work order the day after we moved in. Two weeks later, no maintenance has shown up. Also, the website says there is a laundry facility, but there are no laundry machines in it. The gym is also subpar and both of the pools have not been open the entire 2 weeks we have been living here, and they said they don't know when they will reopen. Even though the office staff is nice, the property is not well maintained and they really need to be more organized and thorough with how things are handled. I am really dreading signing a 14-month lease here so please get your stuff together.

I have lived here for almost 6 years. This is the absolute worst office staff that we have ever had. The customer service is horrible. They never get back to you and I’ve had the same dog for the entire duration of my stay here, almost 6 years and they are trying to charge me a pet fee and new pet rent just because they are managed by a new company. It’s ridiculous. They’ve overcharged me in rent, for the past 3 months and took forever getting us a renewed lease, even after it was requested. Do not move here at this time.

It's not just a matter of collecting fees that are due, but also the pet has to be screened through our PetScreening software. I love living here! I've lived here since Aug of 2013..and moved to different builds. Everything has been wonderful and Jessica has always helped us and she is so sweet, I really appreciate everything she has done for us. The maintenance crew has always fixed anything really quickly if we had a issue..so that's a plus..they all work really hard! Thanks again!

This is the most horrible place to live. There is noise 24/7 coming from everywhere. The pool is nasty and people from all over town come to use it because there is no control over it. The apartment manager is a conceited and rude woman that does not care about what happens around the complex. The courtesy officer is NEVER available. The apartments are old, with limited space and the neighbors are rude and noisy. Management may fail to disclose this so let me advise you, there was recently an auto theft in the premises. Save your time, these apartments are trash and they should be condemned.

If you value sleep past 3am you will not find it here. Instead you will have inconsiderate people who do not value anything around themselves. You’ll have things missing from your apartment without forced entery. Take the time to search a couple hundred dollars more for the peace of mind.

I toured the complex March 2018, and was surprised by how many amenities they offered. They were in the process of renovating the property. I was told that they are redoing both of the pools, updating the gym, and had recently installed two new grilling stations. The prices were good for what you get.

Visited on 5/30/17 as a potential apartment for our family. The apartment in which they had available was HORRIFIC. Leading to the apartment building there were cigarettes on the stoop, inside the building smelled like smoke and mold. Inside the apartment - Brown stains coming down walls in the hall due to a ceiling leak. Wall outlets were broken (seriously? these are 30 cents to replace). The refrigerator was probably as old as the property and was dented as if someone took a hammer to it. The cabinets were also scratched/dented. There is also no ceiling fans AT ALL and no lighting fixtures. The pool was closed due to unbalanced levels and the indoor pool water moved like slime. The gym weights are rusted and the bathroom in the gym had a sink filled with brown water. Unfortunately I had to use the restroom while touring (inside the gym) and as soon as I touched the toilet paper holder it fell off the wall. This was only the TOUR! I couldn't imagine living here. Save your time and money and avoid this place!
I've lived here for about 6 months and so far so good. Everyone here seems to be very nice. I've never had any issues with maintenance they are very reliable and usually get everything done within an hour. They are military friendly. They offered me a $20 military discount per month and with orders you are able to break your lease which is very hard to find. Definitely recommend!
