From the very beginning of getting my community tour to moving into my new apartment, everyone in the office has been extremely helpful. This process has been so stress free which makes me happy.

I enjoy living here in every way. Management is always helpful and truly makes you feel part of the Village community. The maintenance crew is on top of any requested repairs and fixes the job right the first time. The community is friendly and polite, always offering a greeting and a smile.

What a beautiful community this is!! Simply amazing! I love my unit and I love my neighbors. This was one of the best decisions that I could have ever made!

Very quiet environment. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I would also like to add the screen doors would be a plus. In addition, I like that I have my own entrance to my unit.

Village at Fox Point is a great place to live - it has a friendly community feel to it. The amenities are fantastic (pool, two-floor fitness center, in unit washer dryer and dishwasher). The apartments are modern with fitted appliances. We have received wonderful/responsive service from the office staff and maintenance. It is also a beautiful place to have a walk around in!

Moved in at the end of June and have had zero complaints. It already feels like home to myself, my fiancé, and our pets. The location is nice, right near Bellfonte, and there’s many things to do. I feel as though I do more around here than I did at my previous house in Pennsylvania.

We have been at Village at Fox Point for a month now and are very pleased. The apartments have a modern look and feel with new appliances. There are great amenities including a pool and gym. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a quiet, peaceful community. The staff are responsive and kind and maintenance are very quick to respond. We would recommend this community based on our experience so far.

Village at Fox Point is a nice and quiet place to live. Staff are attentive and respond promptly 59 any concerns. The apartments are fairly modern with new appliances.

Community is well kept and clean. Office personnel is courteous and effective. Amenities are available and pool area is impressive. Community members are responsible regarding pet clean up to keep the grounds enjoyable for everyone.

I am absolutely satisfied with the exceptional professionalism of the Leasing agents. They are welcoming and receptive to customer needs. They know what “active listening” and customer service is all about!

Things are going well at the community. Any problems with maintenance(leaky sink, electrical problems) are fixed quickly. Very cute area. Seems relatively safe.

I recently relocated back to Wilmington, DE from PA. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Miss. N. in the main office walked me through the application process. Honestly, I did most everything online, and virtually. My space was everything I hoped for, and I am very comfortable now that I am all moved in. Big shout out to the maintenance team for being so very helpful as well. My home was clean and move in ready--everything works well so far. Thanks---"Happy Resident" the second time around!

Village at Fox Point is a nice and peaceful community and the homes are very comfortable! They regularly post community updates and inform their residents of any events or inspections coming up giving you plenty of time to prepare!

Staff is friendly and maintenance responds quickly and effectively. Other residents have so far been kind. I have greatly enjoyed living here.

Peaceful, friendly neighbors. Nice landscaping. Prompt responses. I would like it if new management would give a curtesy call before maintenance enter our units when we aren’t home, especially if it’s a blind schedule and they are not able to provide an accurate date and time.

My experience with the community has been great so far. We just moved in a week ago.

From my initial appoint request everything has been great. Ny'Aisha was great in explaining everything to me and showing me around. The grounds are beautiful, and the amenities are top notch. Riley and Ny'Asiha made moving in a breeze. I was grateful for the amenity bag they left in my apartment. It really came in handy.

Management at Village at Fox Point are vigilant in all matters of operations to insure a sense of community for all residents.

I submitted an application to live at the Village at Fox Point in December of 2023. I am originally from the UK, and was looking for an apartment for a new job in the US. I provided a job offer letter, provided bank statements, SSN, and everything else required but continued to run into problems with getting my application approved. Once it was denied, I was able to secure another apartment with a different company the same day, no issues. Since then, I have sent several emails and made phone calls to get a refund of the $300 administration fee alongside the application fee. It has been a month and I have had no concrete help on how to process this refund, and continue to be passed onto someone else or be told its not been processed yet.

Have been living here about 8 years and I find it to be a great place to live, very quiet and the staff is very friendly.

The staff are the best; the buildings are run down and the repairs require extra time and attention from our maintenance crew which should not happen were corporate able to provide better resources.

Village at fox point is a very peaceful environment.. The management team plan activities twice a month to get to know your neighbors. Summer time is like a dream listening to the birds chirp and sing throughout the day. Most of all for those who loves animals they are pet friendly..

The Village at Fox Point has been a wonderful residence for me. I enjoy having a private entrance to my apartment, brand new finishes inside and the overall appearance of the community is very nice, very well kept and has beautiful landscaping. I have yet to take advantage of all the amenities like the gym, pool and barbecue areas but I do look forward to it.

My family of three love living at village at fox point. Our neighbors are very kind and love that we are close to many grocery stores, farmers market and the big cities. The maintenance and office team are really good with communication

Village at Fox Point is a quiet community. I love that the front office and Maintenance team are prompt in resolving any concerns that arise. They are professional and hospitable.

Overall enjoy living here, just wish rent wasnt so high. Kinda wish we didn’t have to pay for trash service and maintenance is sometimes inconsistent.

Worst place I've ever lived in. The employees working for the property manager are extremely rude and unprofessional. Crimes occur in the area, such as people breaking into other people's cars and management never sets an agenda or gives assurances that something is being done to provide some security to tenants. On top of this, maintenance makes excuses for why they cannot fix a certain thing and demands you just accept it because it is out of their hands. The management policies are horrific and it shows just how disorganized they are! Safe to say, I will never be living here again and I will make it a point to urge everyone I know, who is considering Village at Fox Point as a home, to forget it!

Rent is way too high for the square/ft available for 1 bedroom units. My rent went up by 1,500/yr for 2022 and yet so many disappointing issues. The trash service is still HORRENDOUS, given the fact that the bins are super small which barely fit any trash. The pool is only 3ft deep, and you can't really swim in it at all. They do not keep the pool clean as every time I've seen it, it was visibly unclean. The management working at the leasing office are always rude with the ways in which they send msgs to the community, which does not inspire a sense of pride being a part of this community. There is not enough cleaning maintenance of the community because everyones trash bins are super dirty thereby drawing in mosquitos and bugs to our front door steps. Overall the management needs to work on these issues to satisfy renters, otherwise you'll keep getting negative reviews.

I was given an apartment with mold. The maintenance head simply “cleaned” it with the wrong cleaner without testing the type of mold and proceeded to have the painters paint over the mold. There’s so much tar from the previous tenant as well. They sent cleaners who couldn’t remove the tar. Dangerous if you have any sort of respiratory problems or little children and pets. Be ready for deflecting and gaslighting from the contractors, maintenance and most of all the leasing agents and management.

This is a Beautiful property. Office staff are friendly and wonderful. The apartments are large and have been completely renovated with all new appliances, etc. The amenities are awesome and exciting. It is a very clean, peaceful community that takes pride in the look and feel of the property. I made the right decision moving here. It's beautiful, lots of amenities, lots of community involvement, fun and friendly. I would most definitely recommend a move to Fox Point. It's the Best apartment community that I have ever experienced and I've experienced many in my lifetime.

I came to Village at Fox Point from long time local residents who recommended this leasing agency. Nevertheless I was not sure that these recommendations were reliable until I could experience their service and how issues are resolved. I also noticed that this Leasing agency is proactive in anticipating certain issues. I can honestly say that Village at Fox Point makes me proud to be a resident.

Village at Fox Point is a great place to live. I’ve lived here 7 years and have no complaints. The office and maintenance staff are excellent.

The office staff is amazing! They are always so kind and helpful. The community is nice and always well kept up! Landscaping comes out often and cuts the grass, blows the leaves etc. All of my neighbors are nice and everyone watches out for each other. The location is very convenient. Right off 495!

I admire the timely response in getting the issues dealt with, whenever I have a problem.

So far, I love Village at Fox Point. They did a really good job preparing my apartment prior to move in. My apartment had very minor issues and those issues were addressed the day after I notified management - maintenance was at my door the very next morning.

I find living at Village of Foxpoint is an experience, yet I'm in the process of locating to another place to live due to the uncontrolled residents that reside in this development and management has no control of these people, allowing dogs to release in front of homes, in grass, speeding up and down roadways(just waiting for someone to get hurt bad)

I love living here. Its peaceful and clean. Maintenance has been great. No complaints so far. Almost a year now.
