Ever since I started my residency here it’s been amazing. The community feeling we have is worth it alone, not to mention the amazing amenities we have. The manager Jenny is a pleasure and is super involved in the community. You won’t regret making the choice to live here !

first in my unit and I’ve moved a lot in the last 10 years. best location and apartment. I look for 3 things when I pick a place:safety, management, maintenance. This place has all 3. Jenny/Kingsley have been here since the beginning and are the easiest to work with. They hired a new maintenance guy not too long after living here and he’s on his A game and way friendly too. I had a couple requests only and they were done same day. I believe it was an investor who talked to me at the pool one day and I mentioned the cricket issue (it’s AZ it happens) but they were everywhere and maybe two days later they had a company in and it was taken care of. Honestly it was the little stuff like that and the interaction with the staff and neighbors that made this place worth it. It got a little more expensive yes but again if you know what’s happening around in AZ you won’t be surprised. I am moving out but I am moving for work related only. Amazon deliveries can be a PIA here but it has nothing to do with the apartment or management keep that in mind and management has always tried to help with this or your neighbors will honestly let you know too if there’s a mess up or missing delivery. Parking was an issue for some with more vehicles per house by the way it sounds but management recently addressed this too. I don’t see it being an issue in the future with the actions they have taken. On occasion you do have some people coming in and out with some crazy loud stereos but again this has no definition of management or the location. Some things are out of everyone’s control. Taking the right steps and bringing it to their attention I have no doubt it would be weeded out as well. Also they do have late night security patrol too. What else? internet went out once living here but through their community app it was explained and I followed the instructions and it was literally fixed in 2 mins after. Nothing is perfect. I know it’s expensive but everything is now days and I believe some people are too quick to blame management, maintenance, or anyone else. 5 stars, easy choice. I moved here out of state with no one and I never felt better about being safe and my belongings being safe with all the traveling I did. Like I said the 3 important things to me will always be Safety, Managment, and Maitenance and this place easily has all 3. It’s not even a debate. (Investors/owners if you read this give your management and Maitenance a raise you have literally the best so far lol)

Wow, we could not ask for a better review. Thank you for your honesty and feedback (both good and bad).
Overpriced for tiny apartment, people blast their car music at night, neighbors let their dogs bark outside all day, and management doesn’t care.
Property Manager at Village at Harvard Crossing, Responded To This Review
We are sorry to hear of this feedback. Management handles every issue on a case by case basis and most definitely does care when issues are brought to our attention. Our pricing is very comparable to similar properties in the area and we pride ourselves on having great, spacious, floor plans.
This gated property is absolutely beautiful! The Units are spacious, nice cabinets Quartz counters in kitchen and baths. Tile throughout. Pet friendly homes that even include a doggie door. Kingsley in the office is excellent and made the move easy. super close to 15 restaurants. Got to love living here!
