They respond promptly and try to take care of the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I enjoy my apartment. My only issue is i would like to see the grounds and the buildings be cleaned more. I have noticed several buildings with shutters removed and a few with stripped paint on them. Also, the garbage dumpsters are terrible. I would love to see all of the furniture behind them hauled off. It is a real eyesore and is just looks trashy. My only other issue is the tenants on the first floor in building 2 need to move the wrecked vehicle from the parking lot or move it so it is not sitting in a prime parking space.
Looks amazing and a great community
Its clean and well maintained and everyone living here is very nice
With staff currently working here, I would definitely recommend this community.
Things seemed to have improved, but i went months with things needed to be fixed.
Have not moved in yet, but lease thus far has been easy, agent very helpful and returns calls quickly.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful....I would recommend these apartments to everyone
The only downside is that there are way too many dog owners who don't clean up after their pets. It's not for lack of signage or clean up stations or maintenance picking up after them. It's people who don't care and have no consequence for not cleaning up after their dogs. I feel sorry for the kids because other than the play area there aren't any clean places on the grassy areas that don't have little land mines of poop scattered throughout. It also gets to be very smelly and is difficult to walk in those areas when wanting to look at the pond or sit on the park benches by the pond.
Great price and great area. Others smoking inside is the only complaint but that doesn't happen to everyone.
I absolutely love my new community! Thank you for welcoming us!
I would definitely recommend the community due to the location, friendly neighbors, friendly staff, and overall safety felt living there.
I am very happy at the apartments everything has been taken care of and a very timely fashion and my maintenance request were tended to immediately with a professional manner and very nice
The Community is very clean. The grass always stays nice and short. Pets are welcome all of the residents pick up behind their dogs and leave a clean place for us to walk and play with our dogs
The apartment community is well kept, clean, and seems peaceful. I would recommend for anyone who's looking to lease in the area.
Make sure the entire lease is understood because now I don't have a car. It was wrecked and while waiting on the mechanic it was towed with me not realizing the tow policy for damaged vehicles.
I would definitely recommend living here. Although the rent is high in my eyes, the value of having to not do yard work and having my maintenance needs met quickly, offset the cost for me.
The only problem that we experienced was parking. The staff offered to give us a personalized handicapp parking spot but since we knew we were leaving we declined.
Megan is super sweet! The apartments are nice and amenities are a huge bonus!
Good area, beautiful apartments, and the leasing staff was very kind
The condition of the apartments plus the amenities equals a good standard of living and fits our needs perfectly.
I would recommend this apartments because it's a quiet friendly environment with great apartment homes with great prices.
Maintenance arrived shortly after I'd submitted my request. Pretty quick!
The staff was patient and very understanding of my budget. She made suggestions that I believe would be beneficial for me and my family.
We were so pleased with our service given by Brandi! She answered all of our questions promptly and respectfully even when we asked the same question repeatedly. She was extremely helpful.
I’ve been living on this property since August 2017 and I can honestly say this is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The grounds are kept clean, parking has never been a problem, and the other residents are very respectful of their neighbors. The staff is wonderful, especially the property manager Brandi, who is amazing and so friendly!! She makes sure any maintenance requests are done quickly and efficiently. In addition, the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and very nice. But the piece de resistance is certainly the apartments. They are spacious and with great interiors, and it doesn’t hurt that the walls are pretty thick! I live in a third floor one bedroom and it’s so rare that I hear anything from my neighbors! I wouldn’t change anything about my current living situation; and, I have no plans to move until I’m ready to buy a house. You will not regret moving into the Village at Juban Lakes!!
It is a safe place to raise a family. The management truly cares about the complex and makes every effort to take care of tenants needs.
I?ve had a great experience thus far. Everyone I have talked with in the office has been very professional, kind and helpful.
The entire complex is absolutely gorgeous. The women, Megan & Brandi in the office are so welcoming and kind. I can?t wait to call this place home someday.
Everything is very nice and straight to the point of things. All questions were answered. 10/10
Megan was wonderful! She took her time and gave specific details about the apartments and also the different amenities they had to offer. We?ve looked at about 5 different places and this was an instant choice when I first walked in the demo apartment!
I would because it seems as though it?s a wonderful beautiful a community I wouldn?t because of the rates and sizing
The area is great and the apartments are nice but a bit pricey for me
The key word is COMMUNITY. The agents, maintenance staff, and residents were warm, caring, and considerate of each other.
yes
I think her name was Brandi was is extremely friendly and made me feel very at ease for choosing this apartment. It was very nice no noticeable complaints. It?s smaller than where I currently live but it was more bedrooms and seem like a space I can work with.
Every one in the community is pleasant, courteous and professional. Grounds are kept clean and orderly.

Jessica kept her word and went above and beyond with making my apartment move in ready. She is very professional and consistent.
Walk around the community and take a look at your potential unit if you can. Take photos on day one in your unit. On the first day in the apartment, I discovered two of the doors were broken - as in had holes in them from being punched/kicked. The hall closet was unfinished - no moulding at the bottom and partially unpainted. A hole in the second bedroom ceiling from a previous tenant lamp(?) was never filled in. The outside of the bedroom window had moss growing on it, the window sticks and won't raise or lower without major effort. The patio door had a wasps nest built in, the patio was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned prior to move in. The patio railing was (still is) rusted. The master closet wire shelving was broken and hanging out of the wall on one side. One of the wire shelves was broken and held together with a black twist tie. I personally went to Home Depot and bought the wire shelving that can be used with a curtain rod - the closet shelving in the apartment was the kind that doesn't support the rods/hangers. Walls/floors are very thin - expect to hear everything; enforcement about noise after 10 p.m. is nonexistent. If the washing machine/dryer breaks it is not considered an emergency so expect a wait until Maintenance gets to it. The stairway railing paint is peeling, upkeep on the exterior of the buildings/sidewalks is minimum- even apartment doors are filthy. Gap under the front door lets cold air in - I had to buy a door stop to plug it during colder months. Parking is inadequate. Dumpsters are often full to the point of overflowing; the rules say "no furniture" but there is furniture out there as of writing this (make sure your trash gets in the dumpster or you will be fined). Potholes left by the big rigs used in the construction of the Palms next door make driving in/out hazardous. Once the Palms are completed, this place will be even less attractive to rent.
