Property Ratings at Village at LOSO
Front office ladies dont care only about receiving rent quick to respond but when something need fixed no response. Charges on to rent they cant explain and have a very very nasty attitude. Corporate does not do any better do not rent from here total. Need to post to Social media
I stopped by the office July 1st, 2023 to inquire about a $44.00 sewer charge, and the unprofessional office manager escalated the conversation into a verbal confrontation. I didn't have a problem paying what is owed, but I didn't fully understand such a high charge for sewer. This is the first time I've had to pay this and I wanted answers. Her nasty resolution: "move if you're not satisfied living here". Well, I'm a grown woman that didn't need her permission to move here in 2016 and I certainly don't need it now. Apparently she's not equipped to handle the many problems that the residents may be experiencing. I'll never set foot in that office again. This place has never felt like home, because the office manager wants to be looked up on like someone superior and that the residents have no choice but to live here. Had this been in a more ritzy area of town, she would not have talked to me like that.
Been trying to get things fixed in my apartment since I’ve moved in and nothing yet. We have no hot water. You will hear gun shots day and night so don’t leave you kids or pets outside unattended. Worst place I’ve ever been. Really can’t wait to move
We would strongly recommend living at Pressley South End Apartments. We are very grateful to live here because the Property Manager, office staff, maintenance, and security are all exceptional at addressing any concerns as soon as possible. They all are professionals and truly get results, even if that means working after hours in bad weather to complete scheduled work requests. We just wanted to extend sincere congratulations and to show our appreciation of you making this a safe and clean place for all the residents. Thanks again for everything that you all do for us!!!
I have lived here for a year now. The apartment was clean I had new appliances where I had to remove the plastic. Maintenance is always cleaning. Each morning I leave I see the grounds men cleaning. When I called maintenance for a out light they came same day to fix it. They always come to spray and do inspection. Security is always around at nite when i arrive hone late. Office staff is excellent. Everyone had been polite anytime I'm in office.. Before moving here I've heard alot of negativity but now it's a whole new environment. I enjoy coming home to my one bedroom. THANK YOU PRESSLEY RIDGE.

Our team would like to thank you for your review. We value every resident and appreciate any feedback you provide as this helps us know what services work best for our community. Again, thank you for your time and review.
Only good thing about this apartment; washer, dryer and water is included in rent. Other than that; very small. Front office charges $300 fees on your account without getting proof or asking if it's valid. Slow at fixing issues.
