Village at Vanderbilt

Everyone at the leasing office has been great and very helpful. We are here while my husband receives cancer treatment. We are away from home and family for about a month. It’s wonderful when folks like you make us feel like we are at a home away from home.

I have been living in the complex for a while now. It is very comfortable and has few maintenance concerns; however, they are quickly resolved.

Fun atmosphere, spacious apartments, and an excellent location right next to Vanderbilt's campus! CVS, Panera, Dunkin, Starbucks, and more are just steps away.

The best safe place with good energy. Always great communication, help and support with the team Leasing Center team. I am very happy living in Village at Vanderbilt. Thank you:)

Its a good place to be at!! The apartment areas are safe. We have no issues so far with any of the facilities that we are having. Its convenient. Closets or storage places can be made better!

The apartment is really nice. We are here temporarily, jesse had a heart transplant and the apartment feels like a home I never received the email for the wifi though

Worth the price with great location close to Vandy. Quick response of office and maintenance team. Had some issue with roaches and sometimes could be disturbed by noise and music from restaurants nearby.

Overall I have really enjoyed my time living here. Although it may not have the amenities of a newer apartment building like a pool, the location is unbeatable, our home is very spacious and it is really conveniently located next to lots of food options.

Its good so far. I am enjoying. I would like to refer my friends as well. The environment is quite vibrant and summers are charming and beautiful.

The other residents are warm and welcoming, it feels more like a community rather than just an apartment. I was welcomed by my neighbors on the same day as my move-in, and greeted by others the next day.

The building's safety and security measures provide peace of mind for all residents. Wonderful staff and amazing amenities. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The staff is friendly, always greeting residents with a smile. The community here is warm and welcoming, making you feel at home from day one

I love the apartment's spaciousness and chill community! Pest control tries its best but there are still roaches every now and then. Still worth living here, though.

Staff is incredibly helpful and positive. Anytime I have a question or concern they are right there to help. The central location, safe environment, positive atmosphere all contribute to a great living experience. Highly recommend it.

Nice amenities. Trash pickup is nice. Easy to work with front desk employees. Convenient to university. Parking is convenient and well lit.

Great location to Vanderbilt and Belmont. Good security makes you feel safe when walking around especially at night. Apartments could use upgrading especially when rent increases yearly.

Great place to live! Clean, quiet, friendly staff. I have lived here for about 9 months and plan to stay longer. Everyone is friendly and the amenities are cleaned weekly if not daily.

Great amenities and location. Spacious rooms for all of your stuff. Pool is an added benefit. Feels like you are home. Convenient location walkable to shopping and many restaurants

It has been a positive experience the rooms are nice and compatible with our needs. The noise could be less but in an apartment situation we understand there is someone living above us and the things outside cant be helped. But all in all it has been a positive experience for us

Excellent place to stay for my wife’s treatment at Vanderbilt. We have enjoyed a quiet neighborhood and clean facilities. I recommend this place to anyone that has extended stay at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

This apartment community is ideally located next to Vanderbilt University, and the staff members here are outstanding at handling anything that needs to be handled.

would: maintenance is helpful; good location wouldn't: internet is sub-par and dealing with Xfinity is a pain (please get Google Fiber, it's in Nashville and I'm willing to pay extra); it would be nice to have a super or super-equivalent for the weekends when maintenance isn't here

Be careful! "In non-emergency situations, if you accidentally park in the wrong spot in the parking lot even with the resident parking permit, the management team will immediately tow your car without notice." Quote from their manager. They are very busy and don't have time to contact the owner. Also, no one from the management team will be present during the towing process, so there is a high probability that your car will be damaged.

Apartment is ok. Never can contact anyone. Always get recording and no responce

Overall, the experience was good and I felt safe at Village at Vanderbilt.

Living here is great, though the fire alarms go off quite frequently.

I would recommend the apartment. But I would be critical of the fitness room.

This is a wonderful apartment, though a community clubhouse would be a nice addition

I would not recommend it because it has 2 months fee for lease termination while many surrounding apartments only have 1 month.

This was a really great place to live overall. I would recommend this apartment community to someone if they made more money than I currently make. I liked my unit, but the renewal rate was out of my price range, as I am a graduate student on a strict stipend. For someone with a more established job, I would be happy to recommend this place.

If they can afford this place. It is a nice, clean, and relatively quiet apartment.

Maintenance is amazing, without the discount currently received there are apartments that are nicer in the area. Discount brings pricing to what I think is more reflective

Looks like the kind of community that is safe and friendly.

My problem was resolved, but communication was the issue. It was a toilet problem in a 1 bathroom apartment, and thus was urgent, but I didn't receive any communication after 24 hours so I had to call the front office to double check on the issue. When I returned home later that day the issue had been resolved, but I had not received any communication before then to indicate that someone had resolved the issue.

I've had a great experience at Village at Vanderbilt thus far. I would definitely recommend living here, with the caveat that rent is slightly expensive.

Maintenance men were very professional and considerate. They did a super great job in a timely manner. Really like these guys and they are the greatest.

Very professional, very friendly. I did not call ahead and was treated as if I had an appointment.

The location is convenient and the building itself is comfortable. However, the office staff are incompetent at their job, trash removal has been inconsistent (not only the valet service but also dumpster and recycling availability), and the apartment rent is over-priced.

It's convenient, it's clean. on the downside, trash service is mediocre and unit updates are mediocre.

It's proximity to Vanderbilt Hospital. It's also very clean and units are spacious.

The only problem with the apartment is noise. During hot days and mainly NIGHTS, AC is very-very noisy. The roof units create an unpleasant vibration which propagates on the walls and wake me up several times during the night. Very unpleasant and exhausting.

The proximity to the medical center is the primary reason I'd recommend, The layout of the apartment along with being furnished with all the amenities I need for a short stay (furniture, kitchen utensils, bedding, etc.) is a close second. The friendliness, courtesy and professionalism of the office staff is in a class by itself, exceptional and so comforting in my time of medical crises.

I have already recommended this facility to others who are being seen at Vanderbilt hospital.

the rent is too high for the quality of the apartment infrastructure (missing baseboards, water damage/ cracks in walls/ ceilings)

It is good value for price and just on the campus of Vanderbilt University. Good neighborhood and excellent quality.

I would recommend this apartment because of the close proximity to the cancer center, hospital and restaurants and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I would not recommend this apartment because of the expense.

Great maintenance staff, they really treat me like an individual and work to meet the needs of each resident.
