Orchard Park is described by residents as a wonderful place to live. A suburb of Buffalo, New York, Orchard Park houses nearly 30,000 people. Green Lake is the largest body of water in the area, and connected to it is Yates Park, a family-friendly outdoor spot. There are country clubs and golf courses in the area as well as great public schools.
If you travel down Buffalo Road, you’ll stumble upon delectable restaurants like The Byrd House and O.P. Social Tap & Grill. For incredibly fresh fruits and veggies, continue down the road to Orchard Fresh, the town’s premiere supermarket. Eternal Flame Falls attracts tourists from far and wide for its great hiking trails and spectacular scenery. The biggest attraction of Orchard Parks is New Era Field, the 73,000-seat home of the Buffalo Bills. If you’re looking for passionate fans and a spirited tailgating scene, then Orchard Park is an ideal place for you.

Property Ratings at Village Center
I lived here for over 2 years and the office and staff were always super helpful and easy to reach. Every time I went into the office they were super friendly and asked if I needed anything. The apartments are clean and well maintained, and parking is super convenient. All of my neighbors have been friendly and easy to live in the same building as. I would've stayed here for as long as I could but had to move out of the area for work.
Zero Stars. Halls, railings and laundry facilities, rugs are cleaned once a year. Cobwebs and dirt accumulated on the walls and plugs. Next to no snow removal, dumpsters overflow and smell. Cops there for frequent domestics. Drug use, oversized dogs that are loud….transient, people move out in the middle of the night. Noisy, walls are paper thin. Garden apartments frequently flood. ac units are old and inefficient. Terrible management and ownership. Places are cheap for a reason. It’s like living in Cheektowaga Buffalo border….keep looking
Idk what the other people were saying about how terrible this place is. It might be the new property manager or something because Kim and AMAZING!!! If there’s something wrong in your apartment they make sure someone comes right away to take care of it. I love how everything is in walking distance. Everyone seems Friendly too!! Love these apartments for it being my first one.
The management is absolutely terrible. I haven’t been able to live at my apartment for about a week now because of bursted pipes. STILL HAVING TO PAY RENT. No help whatsoever from the office. The management is heartless. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Property Manager at Village Center, Responded To This Review
We responded immediately when the power went out due to weather we do not control and people residents unfortunately where without power and it caused a few pipes to burst; we jumped on that first, we shopped vac carpets, and water, and put out fans, electric heaters once power returned . We brought in a Vendor to replace some carpet and padding in affected area's. We did our best to resolve this and we are sorry for your inconvenience ; we don't control weather. We did our best and we do recommend to everyone to obtain renter's insurance of their own to protect themselves of such emergencies. We require it in fact and tell everyone that our's does not protect your belongings only the Structure of the Buildings. Again we apologize for the late response to your review. Management is trying to make Village Center Apartments a Beautiful Community to call home and keeping up with grounds, buildings, laundry rooms and satisfying her Residents it's very important. Sincerely, Management
I have lived here for 3 years and they are on their 4th manager. It is hard to get in touch w the office because they are seldom there. They do not stick to their listed office hours. It took 2 days and 4 phone calls for simple plumbing repairs. The balconies collapsed in 1 building. The first balcony/patio that fell, actually fell into an apartment where an elderly lady sleeps on her couch. Had to tear the rest of the balconies off the building. After 3-4 months, these patios are still not being worked on!!!! I would not recommend this complex to anyone!
My apartment is absolutely perfect for my husband and myself. The nice thing about this complex they take care of their senior citizens by giving a discount. Which is because we are on a fixed income. They allow pets and the maintenance men are great. They really take pride in what they do. When u move in they give u a welcome packet of goodies, on ur birthday they give u a small gift and for Xmas u get a all gift from the staff. They also run small little contests. Over all this is one of the best places I have lived in. They dont make you feel like they are here for the money. They are fantastic!!!!!!!
