Property Ratings at Village Club of Rochester Hills
This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with. The leasing office will never respond to your calls and if you go into the office they will randomly close or deflect the blame onto someone else. I had my AC break in the middle of summer at 85 inside my apartment. The maintenance wouldn't respond to my work orders or my emergency calls. Eventually, I had to move out with my cat for 2 weeks cause the apartment was unlivable. On top of everything else, this place will fight you EVERY step of the way to give you back your security deposit. When they finally give you back the deposit they will take off random charges for no reason. Save yourself some stress and don't move here :)

I moved out a few months ago, but still have not received my deposit back. I tried contacting the office and property manager, but no response.
worse staffing ever. we moved in a month ago and were shown a beautiful clean apartment and told there’s a laundry facility in each building. we moved in to a dingy old apartment that was dirty. my fridge and microwave didn’t work and are broken. my faucet leaks in the bathroom and kitchen. called maintainence and their office several times a week and yet nothing has been repaired. My husband even called their corporate office and no one has done a single thing. Always told they have short staff but completely unreasonable to not have anything done a month later. the laundry facility is in a different building and quite the walk. save your money and move somewhere else. not worth the trouble at all.
While moving in, I had a bit of an emergency. Not only did the housekeeping staff jump into action, but they also helped me finish unloading my truck and get a maintenance man to assist in lifting the 2 items i could not on my own! I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, understanding, and help!
Moved in in June of 2017, I've had a pleasant experience with the management and love the area. The Public spaces are always very clean and well taken care of. Great area for the price and me and my dog have run into very few inconveniences. I only wish they would allow more than one dog, but other than than I am very happy living here. Will upgrade to a townhome at the end of the lease!
Moved here from West Michigan and the management team here made it a really smooth transition. It was a stressful move because I ended up signing the lease without looking at the apartment because I was on a time crunch, luckily it turned out to be a great complex! I've never had an issue here and felt very safe here. Very little noise from outside or other apartments. I had a one bedroom and there was two big closets and a small little storage closet so definitely plenty of room. The ladies at the office are always very kind and helpful! Great experience living here.

We rented a town house at Village Park of Rochester Hills for six months. Although, the address is technically in Shelby Township. We liked how close we were to places like LA Fitness, Target, Chipotle, Fresh Thyme, etc. You can tell that the new management put a lot of tender, loving care into the updated amenities. In the summer months, it's very common to see people playing beach volleyball and grilling on the gorgeous stone grill almost every night. Plus, the pool lounge area is super trendy and relaxing with a few private "villas" for those who don't want to get splashed by children. Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom town house suited our needs well for our short time. However, a word of caution: the buildings are quite old and the clearing for the staircase is not that large. So we had to get very creative when moving our queen sized box spring upstairs to the master bedroom. Additionally the property manager, Katie, is incredibly professional and courteous. We had great experiences with both her and the maintenance team. Everyone was so kind and helpful. For a few months there did seem to be a huge communication issue between the two of them as work orders would often not get responded to or finished within a timely manner. However, everything always ended up repaired or replaced and Katie ensured to make things right in any other way she could. Overall, we had a solid experience during our time in Michigan. Definitely would recommend this location for the price point.

This place has been great. We moved in In September 2015 and we have had no issues. Our apartment is a decent size but everything was clean and in great condition when we moved in. We haven't had any noise issues and I always feel very safe. I am a 25 year old girl and never worry that I'm in danger here. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome, plenty of room for 2 people and the in unit washer and dryer is great! Also it helps that the office staff and manager are very friendly ??

Great place to live! I've been here for almost two years and love it. I moved from out of state and was overwhelmed with all the apartments in the area. The office staff was very welcoming and helped me find what I was looking for. Not only does this place have awesome things to do, the apartment itself is great for me! If you need a place in the area definitely check out VPA they wont disappoint.
The townhouse has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. A fairly sized living and dining area, but a relatively small kitchen. The bedrooms are average size, but have decent closet space. The complex has a nice clubhouse with a pool table, fitness room, and a party room. The best feature is the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The swimming pool has a fountain and the whole area is furnished with beautiful outdoor furniture. The price is fairly reasonable considering the location.
Very good price for the quality. The office is very helpful. Laundry room conditions could be improved.
