We are entering our 7th year in this complex and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The grounds are stunning and the apartments are spacious. The complex is located right in the middle of a residential area, which is ideal for walks and a community feel. Jason, the Super, is an all around good person who genuinely cares about the tenants and the property. He is eager to help in any way he can, even after hours. He has truly made our experience here worthwhile. We have looked at many complexes, and we can honestly say no others in Suffolk compare!
I completely recommend this apartment complex. I am going on my third year. Neighbors are friendly and the grounds are beautifully kept. The maintenance person is quick to respond to any issues. The apartment is very spacious My family and I love it here!

This is a great quiet and private community! I love the fact that they keep the property very clean The super takes care of the work orders as fast as it’s posted people around me are friendly and nice the flowers bloom so beautiful here i’m going on my second year and I will be renewing my lease

After a fire I was homeless...I Prayed & Prayed and found the most beautiful Apt and grounds. The apt is everything I wanted...wood floors...windows in each room...an eat in kitchen...a dinning room... much space for storage.....and the most beautiful is the gardens and grounds. I have no steps and close mailboxes and laundry room. The grounds are kept in perfect condition. The inside is large, roomy, airy and so very comfortable. There is shopping close by. Nice restaurants and coffee shops and fun stores. Come see the best of the best is Bohemia....
