Moving to Village Creek has been an easy choice. The combination of location, pricing and the community makes me feel great about choosing this to be my home.
I would never recommend to anyone moving into anything that this landlord owns. He is not nice at all and is very hard to get in contact with. They constantly do “property inspections” every 4-6 months and are unplugging and moving around my property while they are there when I am at work. I would just run far away from this property.

I am sorry the author of this review has problem with the property inspections. Theses inspections are performed to improve the tenant’s ability to enjoy the rental unit. The primary purpose for the bi-annual property inspections is to make sure the apartment units are in good repair. It is not about scuffs and tidiness. We typically examine the areas that are prone to issues such as, under sinks, around the toilets and other areas that lead to water leakages. Additionally, filters, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are also inspected. We also ask any tenant present about issues that they may be experiencing with the apartment. These inspections allow us to catch problems early, before they break or malfunction, affecting the tenant’s ability to enjoy the rental unit. We typically don’t unplug anything, unless it is an inoperable smoke detector, which is repaired/replaced. We have only moved items under the sink, if it’s packed tight, in order to inspect for any leaks. We are very easy to get in contact with. Just call us on our office during normal work hours. For emergencies, our main number identifies the emergency contact number. We encourage the author of this review to contact our office so that we can explain how the property inspections benefit our tenants.
The units themselves look nice at first, but the materials used are cheap and the workmanship is lazy. They are expensive and offer zero amenities. The entire project seems like it was just thrown together and not thought out. Hence the issue of not having the lines dug to get wifi for the first 3 months of my lease. There are 2 dumpsters and recycling bins but only at the beginning of the property, so if you live on the other end you have to drag your garbage across the entire property. They do not reply to emails at all once you’ve signed a lease and the property manager could not be more unprofessional. He called me from an unknown number and started yelling at me for parking in the wrong spot without introducing himself at 7am. Although my lease was in my name he would only make eye contact and speak with my boyfriend. He spoke to me like I was a child not worth his time at every encounter. Save your money.

I am truly sorry the author of this review was disappointed with her experience at the complex. Furthermore, I am disappointed that she had to live in a unit for any period-of-time before AT&T connected her internet. Since then, AT&T has greatly improved their response time for connecting their high-speed internet services. So much so, that our current tenants greatly enjoy their services. Our well-built, spacious units are equipped with many amenities such as a refrigerator, range, in-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning (double air conditioning for 2-bedroom units), vented microwaves, balcony/patio, spacious closets, ample storage, highspeed internet and garages. The four trash and recycling bins are centrally located in an area common to all the units, alongside the main driving path in and out of the complex. We are sorry that we could not have the recycle and trash bins place at each of the buildings. Last year, a portion of the parking lot was about to be paved. All tenants were provided written notice days in advanced, prior the beginning of the project. The tenants were notified of the areas that they were allowed to park. The work zone was sectioned off with construction barriers the night before the work was about to begin. The author of this review decided to park in the middle of the work zone, within the sectioned off area of the parking lot. If the author of this article has any more questions, concerns, or comments I would encourage her to call the rental office. Furthermore, I invite you to come see and experience our complex. I am positive you would find it very enjoyable and relaxing.
This place is gorgeous. It is in a great location, contains great amenities and comfortable living spaces. WE HAVE INTERNET!! It’s awesome.
Spring move in. Flooring came up, paint on windows, main bedroom door doesn’t shut properly, pieces of construction all outside by the patio and still there to this day, absolutely zero internet access. Don’t list high speed internet access if it’s not available upon move in on here. Had high expectations for the price and was disappointed.

Thank you for the feedback. Our goal is to provide the best product we can. If there is an issue, we would like it brought to our attention so that our maintenance staff can address it. Anyone can call the office or simply complete an online maintenance request. Village Creek Estates has high speed internet provided by AT&T. However, it is not included within the rent. The individual will have to contact the AT&T company in order to be provided service. We are in the process of notifying our tenants by hanging flyers and using other means of communications in order to notify everyone.
The unit was knicked, dirty and damaged before we moved in and the unit is new. We won’t have internet for weeks because there is nothing even set up on property for internet providers to use (because it is a major construction zone…) Only one building is “finished”. That internet access issue should have been disclosed. Imagine having to lose income when you need to work from home but cannot. Can’t use washer and dryer since they’re not set up correctly. That was a fun trip to the laundromat. There are plenty of other nice places in Green Bay. Check them out before getting locked into an expensive lease that doesn’t follow the agreement from day one.

Village Creek Estates prides itself on providing desirable, neat, affordable and attractive apartments. We are sadden that you feel that we have missed your satisfaction point on the issues mentioned. This was never intended. Shortly after being informed of the issues the apartment was inspected along with the spouse. The only item that was found was a screen with an approximately one in rip. The ripped screen was replaced. We will continue to work very hard to improve your experience with this rental community that you call home. These brand new units were professionally constructed, and cleaned. Therefore, please call the office so that we can dispatch our management, maintenance crews and/or contractors to address your stated deficiencies within your unit. Our brand new, modern appliances were installed by our vendor, Van Vreedes Appliances, which has a long history of appliance installation and providing great costumer service. In the past, we have experienced that sometimes tenants may need assistance in learning how to operate the new appliances and we are more than willing to provide that assistance. Currently, there is one building that is ready for occupancy with all other buildings ready to be completed within a reasonably short period of time. We want to make sure that all our tenants are comfortable with this. Therefore, prior to signing any leases the tenant(s) is taken to the unit so that they can see their new home and community. As for the internet, the AT&T Company has installed all our high speed fiber optic cables, within every unit and has routed there fiber optic cable infrastructure to the main road. Therefore, we are working with the AT&T’s processes to ensure that internet service will be provided as soon the internet provider is able to.
