Property Ratings at Village East Apartments
Don’t let good reviews fool you like they fooled us. I will start off by saying my boyfriend and I are very clean and hygienic people, we do a full clean of our space every Sunday. In the year that we have been here we started with an ant infestation. After seasons changed we had a huge fly and nat problem, I wound up getting so many traps and they filled up every single time. That’s not all, never in my life did I think that I would have bed bugs but we did and it absolutely ruined our life for months. We had to throw away all of our furniture and our mattress, when we did that the dumpster was filled with others mattresses and furniture. Manages told me “that happens every so often!” Mind you it took me a total of 4 days to reach them and an additional 4 days for them to spray the space. So because it took them so long I paid out of pocket for all the costs to remove all the pests and didn’t get compensated a dime. And guess what, we STILL HAVE BUG PROBLEMS!!!!! Please save yourself and your money and DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I moved into my apartment at village east apartments less than a month ago. So far i am happy the room sizes are great the complex is kept clean, the only cons are some residents not picking up there dogs droppings and some pot holes in the parking lot , the staff is very nice and make you feel welcome right when you walk into the office, the neighbors are friendly
