I rented a renovated apartment for a few years on the middle level. I could hear EVERYTHING going on in the apartments above and next to me. I enjoyed the pool very much but the smoking in my “non smoking” building drove me out when the office said they couldn’t do anything about it. If you are thinking about living here I think the top floor is your best option. ~AM

I had issues with the sink and bathroom (for some reason the problems/maintenance took place on 4 Saturday afternoons over a 14 month lease). So a month of Saturdays shot - I tried getting rent discount because the apartment itself had caused 4 wasted afternoons and the office would not return my calls. Additionally I had to add 2 months to the lease at the end. The lease extension was delivered as a 2 month extension but if you read the lease it said you additionally had to give 30 day written notice to vacate or else you'd get a $500 penalty. Enjoy!
Lived here 2.5 years. Enjoy the friendly staff and quiet environment. Clubhouse amenities are great and staff put on varying events. Gym is adequate, grilling area is great, love the free B&W printing. Maintenance is prompt and responsive. Staff accommodate to needs as they arise. Rules are not over the top but yet ensure safety. Excellent job done with snow removal. Love the heat included.
Hi, I am writting this review to let other tenenats know about how Village Green staff done Misleading job to tenants. During my initial discussion with Propoerty manager we discussed about 1 year ( 12 months lease) and based on discussion i found her sincere and trusted hence i just signed the lease. however later i was going to the lease and found that my lease has 14 months instead which none of the Property manager explained and gave knowledge me. i went back and asked them to correct and they refused to do it. Guys this is how they mislead people. I was wrong in trusted the property manager and not doing my job reading the full ( 40 paged lease) I know lease is long but i would suggest everyone to read fully and DO NOT TRUST them. They are greedy,
I lived in village green for about 2.5 years. Great complex and they are super helpful. I had a couple issues with the bathroom but the maintenance team fixed them within a day. They keep the apartment areas decorated with plants and flowers and are efficient with snow removal. Location is great and it’s in between a lot of cool cities, 15 mins from patriots place, 30 mins to Boston or providence. Would definitely recommend.

Staff is wonderful and accommodating, maintenance is fast and professional, the grounds are kept immaculate and the apartments are nice as well. Moved out recently and already miss the place!!!
1 of the leasing agents that took us on tour had said that our specific building had lead paint & each apt had been supposedly gutted prior to renting. THUS 1 would think that meant that it wouldn't take them 2 MOS to fix an apt aside of us, if she was telling us the truth, but even their own maintenance men said that 1 needed to be gutted. So bc the walls are paper thin, we heard CONSTANT banging/drilling etc, start time was anywhere from 8 am -10 am, finishing most times at 6:30 or 7 pm. This was everyday for mos. Then evidently the guy downstairs moved out, so they had to redo that particular one ... but when they were in the bathroom ripping up tiles & leveling the floor, it sounded like they were going to sandblast right through. Plz note that whomever tiles their floors doesn't know what they are doing. My own tiles I have had to re-do myself! I had spoken to the office & emailed on NUMEROUS occasions, they keep saying sorry, but yet they were the ones that flat out LIED TO US. Most renters would expect an apt to take a wk or so to renovate w/ the banging, drilling, etc done for the first 4 days (like this place said it takes). No, it took 2 MONTHS everyday for one connected to us, the guy downstairs it took 2 wks, but then, the kicker was the ones IN FRONT of us moved out. THIS SHOULD TELL ANY POTENTIAL RENTERS that the turn around of renters is HIGH. I wonder why? Now, we are listening to them pretty much demolish another apt directly connected to us, we were told 4 days of banging. They are on their 3rd wk. Constant banging. Beware of spiders & some other sort of bugs that run rampant - even on 2nd and 3rd floors. I probably kill 4-5 a day. Never seen a place like it, & I have rented for a while at another place. Kids are playing basketball near your cars and HITTING THEM. Complained about that too, bc there is an actual court they could play in, yet again, the office is too busy collecting their jacked up rent, where new renters can get 200 less. Are you worried abt safety? Bc between maintenance & the new tenants that either stick rocks at night or on the weekend to keep BOTH doors to the building open and maintenance who rolls up their on mat to use as a door prop- you will see any stranger walk in and out. Good luck here. They lie to get you in, and their prices are definitely not worth it. This place is old and the office staff us useless in my opinion.
I have lived at Village Green in Plainville for 6 1/2 years ! I came here after owning my own home for over 25 years. The staff are the best ever. The Girls in the office are Christeen, Corey, Emily and Danielle. You could never find a better staff. They are always available when you need them. The Maintenance staff are also incredible. I have had to make calls for things that needed attention in my apartment, and they are always there the same day, with the situation taken care of. The Men are Walter, Mario, Paul and Lionel. The entire staff are amazing. They will work with you to help you in any situation.The amenities are absolutely amazing. We have a beautiful pool area, a beautiful and relaxing living room are and an amazing movie theater. The staff are always planning events for the residents. We have had summer cookouts, Christmas parties, etc. They host fundraisers for the Food Pantry and for a family in need and provide them with a wonderful Christmas. Our complex is very handy to Rte 495 and to many little restaurants in walking distance. I just want to say again, I absolutely love living at Village Green. I hope to spend a very long time right here. I give it 10 STARS!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, Nancy L. DeVito
I moved into Village Green Littleton on July 25th and I have been nothing but happy. My neighbors, the property and the management here are all wonderful. The area is amazing, there are farm stands and apple orchards everywhere and I am looking forward to some apple picking and the fall foliage.
Village green has some great amenities. There is a recently built clubhouse that has a gym, a pool, meeting rooms and so much more. There is a laundry room in each building and the apartments are pretty spacious. It's easy to access the mailboxes and the clubhouse. There are also tennis courts outside to play on. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance from the apartment complex.
I am a single young professional and I wanted to live in a place that was reliable and safe. This apartment complex offers that because of the community feel. The maintenance and landscape crews do a great job cleaning the place clean and nice. I feel like I'm at a luxury apartment without the high price and in a quiet town.

Beautiful apartment, well maintained. On site management means I get help when I need it. I had a small problem and they took care of it right away. They are so friendly. When I went into the office I was surprised to find they knew me by name. The facility allows dogs yet is very clean and kept beautiful. The grounds are maintained with very tasteful landscaping. There is a pool, tennis court, basket ball court, exercise facility. They run local events like car washes with proceeds going to a local charity in the name of the apartment complex. It is also a green facility with recycling center. There are walking trails in the woods in back of the complex and it is right down the street from the train station, making it really easy to get to work in the city. I love this place.
I've been here for 3 years. Apartments are clean, common areas always kept clean. Facilities and office staff are fantastic. New pool and rec center just put in. Snow removal (especially after this year!) was quick and efficient. The office keeps you posted on any changes and I would definitely recommend living here to anyone!
I saw this apartment on apartments.com. I came to the office and they showed me around the complex. they were very nice and informative about the tenants and amenities. it's very quiet and clean and any maintance needed is done right away.
