Property Ratings at Village Green at Littleton
We called at different times on four different days but the mail box is always full. Submitted an online application and tour time. Got confirmation of our tour through the automated system. However, upon arriving at the designated time, the main office was completely locked. We met a few residents who also couldn't get in and said the place was also poorly managed

Village Green is home.. a place to feel safe. It is quiet which is a pleasant surprise with all the furry neighbors. The helpfulness of the management team, the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. I am so thankful that I chose this place. I love the amenities , pool, gym, dog park, playground,washer and dryer in each unit, ample parking and the underground garage. As I said Village Green is home.
After living here for 1 year, and having recently renewed my lease (reluctantly, due to a large rent increase; see Cons), I offer the following considerations: Pros: clean and fairly quiet; secure and well-lit at night; washer, dryer, and ample closets in each unit; no smoking; onsite management with office hours 6 days per week; pets are allowed; near major routes and train station; low utility costs; responsive office and maintenance staff; low security deposit and no first-last-sec. dep. required; short term leases available; well-kept grounds; units have high ceilings, balconies, and generous floor space. Cons: ongoing construction can be noisy and dirty; pool, clubhouse, and workout room shared with nearby houses; HUGE rent increases (1 bedroom went from $1605/month first year to $1732/month second year--an 8% increase! 2 bedrooms increased $200/month. Many tenants are moving out because of the increases); many amenities cost extra (storage space, pets, covered parking, etc.)which drives costs up; smoking residents and dog owners not always courteous or inclined to obey community rules; corporate units and short term leases mean lots of turnover. I've enjoyed living here, and fortunately can absorb the rent increase this time. If it's the same or similar next year, I'll be gone. There is no point in paying mortgage prices for a rental.
The Village Green is breathtaking! A home that is warm and welcoming, pleasant neighbors, and designed to accommodate all types of needs. Village green also has the luxury of feeling like your vacationing. The pool, the clubhouse, the exercise room, the soon to be dog park and children's playground. Also did I mention the awesome staff that goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home?! Enjoy your ability to kick up your feet and feel a little bit spoiled after a long day at work. Thank you Village Green at Littleton.
Have lived here for a month now and the experience has been very positive. All the staff are helpful and friendly. One reason I had to deduct a star was due to the amenities, for an apartment complex of this size the pool is a complete joke, more like a kiddie pool, and the fitness room is a little small as well. The complex is still brand new at time of review so it may take some time to work out all these details.
