Property Ratings at Village Greene
This property has a bad landlord tenant invention people and trespassing people this place really does needs a new good kind owner
I don't recommend this place to no one! We did had security but Mangment won't pay them so they left. Landlord does nothing like having thing fixed plus maintenance guy lies about ppl plus is lazy. I had things stolen from my apartment. We have issues with bugs. Took long time get someone spray but it didn't even help much cause bugs issues that bad. We move as soon lease up this month. Never coming back. Trashy place the picture on here nothing like what really like here.
Village Greene is a condominium with many permanent residents. Many units were purchased by investors as rental properties. It is a wonderful mix of people of all ages and backgrounds and a very convenient location. I have been here nineteen (19) years, having purchased my home in 1967.
worst ever apartment we've been. There's always a police officers in this locations. There's also shooting. People steal from each other. Even our screen door got stolen by the people at the first floor. OMG, if only I have enough for renting, I will not rent here and if not because of my lease contract, I'm out here in a heartbeat. Don't rent here, I am a single mom of two wonderful children and I felt unsafe here. Hope we can move to somewhere else soon.
I would not recommend this apartment for anyone. We were attracted by the low price, proximity to the coast, and our ability to move in quickly. The images online do not reflect the actual quality. The bug problem there is ridiculous and the management did not do anything about it. We had roaches and termites and ours were not even the worst of our neighbors. It was convenient to be close to the Winn Dixie and the Walgreens, but beyond that it was not a good experience.
Its a ok place to live. There's Sercuity always walking around. Some of the washers and dryer work but not all. Its easy to catch the bus. Its close to WalMart Winn Dixie and Family Dollar. The landlord is ok anytime you need something fix just call or go to the office and she'll get it fix.
