Property Ratings at Village House Apartments
Toured it recently, it was out dated and poorly maintained in the area we were shown, the addition was ok not as outdated as the major area. The whole tour was weird, the man kept saying he was the owner and he tried to sell us furniture that was in the room he was showing us . Not a sign of staff in the building and he said no pets but his wife came out of an office with a dog that was aggressive. There was also a lady walking a cat down a hall way. We chose a different place that was actually cheaper and better kept with alot of planned outings and activities and entertainment.
