Right across the river from Trenton and forty minutes from Philadelphia, Levittown holds the historical distinction of being one of America’s first planned suburban communities. Compared to other Philadelphia-area communities, apartments and houses in Levittown are quite affordable, and in fact “Money” magazine has named Levittown one of the top places to live in America. The amenities are primarily family-friendly attractions: numerous large public parks accessible from anywhere in the community, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, and Mill Creek Sports Complex in particular.

Property Ratings at The Village of Pennbrook Apartments
Apartment conditions are terrible equal to the amount of rent ,maitance does the absolute minimum for any repairs,if they can fix it up cosmetically without doing any actual repair they will. Grounds are dirty ,full of trash ,everywhere ,pool isn't sanitary. No security, not safe ,unable to.manage the 700 plus units they have.
Property Manager at The Village of Pennbrook Apartments, Responded To This Review
We are saddened to see your review of Village of Pennbrook. We only strive to provide the best service and experience as possible to our residents. We take your concerns very seriously and would like to properly address them as soon as possible. Please reach out to the leasing office directly so we can address these issues. Thank you.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have mold on my ceiling and walls since October 2022 and it’s February 2023. The mold grew extremely large causing my son to become sick. I couldn’t figure out why he kept getting sick until his doctor asked me do we have lead or mold in our home. I wrote multiple complaints asking them to come out and fix the problem and they never did. Then leasing manager has the nerve to increase our rent when they never fixed the mold issue or broken floor tiles. I can’t wait to leave!!! I wish air could give this place 0 stars.
Do not live here! My husband and I were happy when we first moved in but the apartment quickly began to fall apart. Our AC broke 5 times and was out for 3 months in the middle of the summer from June-August. The flooring in our kitchen keeps buckling and chipping causing us to have to duct tape the floors down. On top of that, our washing machine has been leaking for months and molded out through the walls into the bedroom and in the storage closet damaging a lot of our personal items.
This complex is very poorly run and the apartments are literally falling apart. Sewer cats run all over while rats, squirrels and birds infest attack spaces and come into your apt thru the dryer vents. Parking is impossible unless you pay an extra $40/mo and even then, there is no guarantee someone else won't take your space. Maintenance is absolutely useless. They have no idea what they're doing. Lived here for 4 years and have had to move from unit to unit due to flooding. The power goes out all the time and the water is frequently unfit for consumption. This place is a nightmare, avoid it if you can.
I moved here 2018. It was great for a while and then it just went down hill. Maintenance sucks. Takes months for them to do anything. Not a secured placed with the crap that goes in the back. Half the complex has no street lights. Appliances are trash. They overcharge you for everything. You pay rent and then everything else separate such as water, sewer, trash
The level of incompetence is astounding. Maintenance is totally useless. Sub-contractors are the cheapest they can find and their work reflects this. I've lived here for seven years and this all started with the new management team. It's turned into an OK stop over point but don't consider it for a permanent home.
Although the apartment I moved into was admittedly nice for the price I had regular issues with maintenance staff and the leasing office. It was like pulling teeth to have the maintenance staff fix anything and in the end I had to complete these minor fixes myself. Additionally, I am still awaiting receiving my deposit (after moving out 3 1/2 months ago) I have regularly been contacting the leasing office to no avail. The property may be nice for the price however the service you will receive is not worth the price tag. I would recommend searching for another apartment.
If you ask them to fix something, it’ll take so long. Nobody answers even though they have a number to call for the service. Because they take too long to repair something, I and my husband do it ourselves with our own money.
I’ve never lived here- and I never will. Everyone was extremely nice at first meeting, but I have been trying to get in contact with them for almost a month with no response. Emails, voicemails, nothing gets attention. While they were not responding to me, they did find time to raise the prices everywhere but their own website. So happy I’ve found another place to live!
I wouldn’t advise leasing here. Maintenance takes weeks to solve issues and when they come in to solve issues nothing gets done. I complained several times about the central air and each time the maintenance person stated that everything is fine when clearly no air is being blown out the vents. When I called this an emergency I was spoken to like a child about why I don’t have it currently running. Why would I continue running the air conditioning when it serves no purpose? Also had a small flood from heavy rains which nothing was done about. But after close inspection right under the door outside is grey insulation instead of filled in concrete like everyone else’s. You can obviously see the quick rushed job that was done to “renovate” the apartment. Not worth it
The community is treated like a dump, trash everywhere. Terrible customer service always three to four days before theirs a resolution or reply.
Maintenance is the worst! I put in for a service request 5 days ago, my refrigerators temperature has been at 50 Degrees.I had to throw away most of my food and still no one has come out to check my refrigerator.$300.00 worth of food went in the trash and the apartments could care less
The staff in the leasing office and maintenance office are rude and utterly incompetent, while the owners of the property don't care about the people who reside here. In addition to the "reasonable" price they charge you for rent, they tack on a bunch of ridiculous fees every month, including pest control, electric, heat, etc. which add up to an extra $100-150. The leasing office rarely answers phone calls, never returns voicemails, and the hours fluctuate so often that it's nearly impossible to have any issues taken care of. The maintenance office is slow to respond to issues and doesn't thoroughly check out problems. Our shower knob broken in the on position, and we called emergency maintenance at 7am. They didn't respond until after 10:30am and allowed our hot water to run that entire time. We were in a second floor apartment, so we expected it to be warmer in the summer. We kept the shades drawn all day and cleaned the intake for the central air, but even with the AC running constantly and two window units we had to install ourselves, our apartment was usually over 77 degrees in the summer, while we paid over $300 a month in electric bills. We asked the maintenance department to come while we were home so we could discuss our concerns; they came over when no one was home and said the central air was fine... In the 15 months we stayed in VOP, the apartment lost power on 7-9 occasions. Additionally, the gas was off in our building for around 24 hours in the winter; we had no heat, hot water, or use of our oven/stove top. Our apartment reached 50 degrees before the gas issue was fixed; VOP did not issue any sort of monetary compensation for the inconvenience, even though we had to find another place to shower and eat for a day. Although they advertised snow removal as included in the rent, after the new property management company took over, VOP employees did not clean off sidewalks and went door to door to ask residents to remove snow for $10 an hour. As a heads up, don't expect to get your security deposit back, because they charge those ridiculous fees 2 months behind, so they take that out of your deposit. They also conveniently forgot to refund our pet deposit, even though our cat caused no damage to the apartment.
This place is one of the worse places to live Bucks County. Police & EMS always responding to domestic disputes, the sale of drugs and drug overdoses. People still smoke inside and you can smell it when you turn the AC/Heat on. The leasing office people are nice when signing you up but when you need something fixed they give you a number that is disconnected. When filing a Service Request on the website it took over 1 week to get someone to look at it and say they needed to order the part. They are always shutting off the water and electricity without notice. They entered my home without me knowing while I was sleeping because they needed to "check" the AC. They can enter your home whenever without notice. WORSE PLACE TO LIVE IN BUCKS COUNTY!

My Family And I enjoy living here! It's very family oriented! Only two downfalls so far is that the maintenance team takes a little long to actually come check out your apartment after you send in a maintenance request and secondly, the rent goes up when it's time to renew your lease (but that's common with various apartment complexes). It's a beautiful place to live and I highly recommend it!
We are two senior citizens with a 1 bedroom/den/bath apartment. Ground floor, where I am able to do have two beautiful gardens (front/back) every summer. We decorate for Christmas and Halloween. We are very close to all shopping areas and the Trenton Line Septa Train. There is a pool, with lounge chairs, tennis courts and a childrens park. There is also an area for bbq'ing in the summer. There is an area room that you can rent out for parties.
The village of Pennbrook Appartments are off a major highway but you wouldn't know that living here. They are in a garden setting with trees, bushes, flowers and wildlife. Inside they are spacious and homey. A perfect location for traveling into Philadelphia, New York City and New Jersey is just a stone throw away.

What a wonderful review! I'm happy you are pleased with your home!
The village of Pennbrook apartments have amazing landscaping and the grounds are kept very clean. They offer a small but nice gym for workouts. During the summer months the pool is great. I spend many weekends just sunning and swimming at our pool. The apartments are spacious with lots of closet space. My apartment has a washer and dryer which is a huge positive!!! Trying to fight for a washer or dryer is not my idea of fun. The location is great. Overall a very nice place to live.
I've lived here for over ten years, the apartment are nice and big well kept grounds. There's one and two bedroom apartment homes some with washers/dryers, balcony or patio available. There's a tennis court, pool and a gym available to residents and our guess. We're located directly across from a large public park with other stores near and attached to the property. The people here are friendly, pets are welcomed too! LAST BUT NOT LEASE we also have a huge rec room with a kitchen available for birthdays, grads, etc.
