Freezer compressor burnt out This happened on Thanksgiving and it wasn’t until Saturday afternoon when I opened the freezer to put away my groceries. When I opened the door I saw that everything had thawed. I called the front office and they were able to get a hold of Raul who came to save the day. He was able to locate a replacement refrigerator and brought it upstairs to replace the broken unit.

Location is everything! We've lived here 4 years! Location is great. Having your local Safeway with in walking distance is the best, along with many other smaller grocery stores and restaurants. Management and Maintenance are great. Quick response. Same maintenance team since we've lived here.

Best maintenance Every time I request a maintenance in my unit Taxco sends someone the same day of and when I come from work the issue is already fixed. I love it

Currently renting at Village of Taxco. The last heat wave was pretty bad. We couldn’t air out the place being on the second floor. If we open our bedroom window the stank from the bottom floor tenant from their “fake grass” setup in their backyard. Even if they pick the poop or wash the pee.. it still stinks after a few days. Just hate that we either have to suffer with the windows closed or suffer with the windows open. There’s no in between. The bathroom has a heat lamp which is nice but no exhaust fan? It’s pretty awkward sitting on the toilet and being able to hear the upstairs or downstairs tenants. Get used to the door slamming. People here apparently don’t care about others. Main character syndrome? I don’t know. People here love to slam their doors. I guess I was just raised better? Super picky about this one. My upstairs neighbor does this thing with their throat. It’s super annoying. They do it in the bathroom. At 11pm, 12am, 2am, 3am (they close their window) again at 6am so on. It’s been going on for awhile now but thankfully I have AirPods. Except. I have to wear them all the time to keep my sanity in check. The laundry is okay, the pool is nice. Love how there’s a package locker. So far haven’t had any missing packages. Noticed a lot of delivery folks don’t like to deliver to your door. There’s also the smell of marijuana. Like don’t get me wrong it’s cool and all that you smoke but at least smoke away from windows. These are just my opinion. If I could move out and break the lease I would. But seems like I’m stuck for now. Sigh.
