Village of Westover is a small residential area stretching from Northdown Drive to just past Trafalgar Drive. Most of the neighborhood is made up of cozy homes, and there are moderately priced apartments available for rent. The complex is located within a fairly quiet, although crowded, neighborhood of duplexes and townhouses. Many of the residents are military and there are some families. I have had some noisy/inconsiderate neighbors, though only a few over the three years I've lived here, and that is expected almost everywhere. Management is pretty quick about maintenance, and I've never had issues utility-wise. There is plenty of parking, even for guests. Rent seems high, especially for a one-bedroom, but it is comparable to similar locations in the area.
