Property Ratings at Village Pointe Apartments
The arpantment is nice at first after a short period of time you start to see roaches coming out and over time they just get larger and larger, then after like 9 months rats come out of the walls and make holes everywhere in the house. We know this not our fault because we know like 6 other tenants in this apartment building and they all have the same problem.
This is a terrible apartment building. The size of my apartment is great. but the bad out weighs the good. Mold is terrible every part of my house has mold i cant even use some of my closet because of the damage and mold. mice and roaches and other critters. the outside is terrible all they do is paint of everything instead of fixing it. Management is terrible .
Sure the inside of the units may seem appealing when empty and everything freshly painted. but be warned, there’s mold, mice , 10000 loud kids, whom leave everything under the sun on the ground, management isn’t that great there’s been like 5 different ppl working here in 3 years , they all sorta suck , but it’s not entirely their fault they must be overwhelmed I’m sure , but their performance is poor nonetheless. I’ve live here almost 3 years and ppl hang out in the parking garage, I often hear fights going on. Plumbing is terrible, the fixtures were/are out dated as hell, I had them replace my entire bathroom Counter because it was sinking in. They literally will paint over any and everything..It’s really just ghetto af , and I honestly can’t wait to move. Especially since it seems they moved a family of rhinos above me. It’s noise NON-stop. Smh.....wouldn’t recommend.
Where should I start, first off I loved the layout of my apartment..the issue came when I started finding 'roaches'..told management had my unit sprayed twice..but it's useless when the surrounding tenants live that way..second being gone all day as usual due to my work schedule I come home to find a mice run across my counter..Now I'm really tripped out considering i dont hv a messy place..it was only me and i only really slept there..the gates are not secured..the neighbors drop trash everywhere, including in front of your door, it was about 3 to 4 managers in one yr and when my family went to go move me out because I was not able to, the maintenance guy told management I left my apartment a mess, though my family had photos, because I was not there to PRESENT them they would not accept them. So I got robbed..the owners will do well spending money on the building itself, I woke up to water pouring out the toilet area and kitchen sink...from the second and third floor on a few occasions...just PLEASE save yourself from the drama..
I went and toured for a very sizable and affordable one-bedroom unit on their third floor. Although the unit itself was very nice, the community was not. I was super excited about their elevator, but not only was it small and unfinished it smelled like a landfill. The manager there should not take someone on a tour of the community showing off an elevator that made you gag. The laundry room was significantly small considering how many families lived on the property, and the courtyards were a waste of space. Fitness centers could be placed there or at least a nice playground for the children instead of a large plain of concrete. They also try to hit you with a "special" for $99 admin and waived application fee as if that property is fancy enough to do so. I would only recommend this place if all you care about is how nice the unit is.
Anza, New management came in promising to fix everything but lied. They are only worried about the appearance of the building but not the integrity of the complex. Kids run around everywhere. Dogs everywhere. You have to watch where you step. Gangmembers, drug dealers, and the like. Police having to raid every other week. They don't care about your quality of life.
Worst property ever. Roaches everywhere. They change new management every couple of months. Always increasing rent every month and DO NOT FIX ANYTHING , Apartments have mold, termites and rotting wood, floors are not secure. They fix all apartments up once you move out but just know you will have roaches and they do not give you service request. They will write it down but will not fix it on time or at all and keep telling you there will be somewhere there. The carport gate is always breaking down, there is no emergency person onsite. People park in your spaces and patrol is there periodically and doing NOTHING! This is the worst building ever. I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
This is the worst place you can live. Management is cruel and terrible. They dont fix anything, we deslth with mice infestations, mold and multiple burglaries. The neighbors are shady, and Im pretty sure we lived next to a crack dealer. They will keep your security deposit and make fake allegations in order to screw you over. Please dont live here, check out the yelp reviews if you don't believe me.
Not a safe place to live very dangerous.. It makes you feel very uncomfortable when you have to come home in the gan Bangerz outside roaches everywhere even in the laundry room the apartment complex is not built on a good foundation very old.. Cheap paint cheap hardwood floor stickers. Cockroaches and Mode in every apartment they take months to fix.
