Pros: Well maintained, apartments are nice, bus stop nearby Cons: maintenance takes forever, packages stolen regularly and have been for years with no response from management, rent increases one year by 27%. Owned by Rocco lucente.
I've enjoyed my time at Village Solars and would highly recommend! The leasing office staff are kind and helpful. Maintenance is always quick to respond. The grounds are clean and well kept with lovely views. Noise is minimal, typical apartment living. Overall, great apartment community.
Beautiful, brand new apartment, no complaints there except our water randomly stops working. Complaint is management and workers they have doing construction/landscaping. Don’t live here if you have kids or want to do any work from home, or don’t want grass clippings purposely blown on your car.
Newest building was given CoO for August 1, 2021 so we moved in. Apartments still need work, appliances are very cheap (lived in another apartment on property prior to this move so do have comparison). Wiring for cable and internet net yet complete so no service. Total lack of communication between Village Solar and Spectrum. Also, mailbox are not accessible and once again Village Solar is blaming the USPS for not communicating with tenants. Village Solar doesn't seem to want to take accountability and lacks in efficient customer service. VERY frustrating. Do not recommend this community.

At no point are we ever trying to deflect accountability, but instead looking for ways to improve and provide the fairest housing options available.
You should never consider moving here. Overpriced and the staff do nothing for your. Good luck if anything breaks! Good luck if there is issues getting mailed delivered! You get to fix everything yourself here while paying top dollar for someone else to be paid not to! Won't even fix a massive hole that people have fell into that has been there for months. Save your money and your sanity and move somewhere else.

These units are so efficient. I just moved here from another apartment in the area , my bills for heating are one third what I was paying before! And they are all new and modern.

I am living at Village Solars right now and am very happy with my new apartment. I lived at another complex in the northeast (they were very nice managers as well so I'd rather not say who) before I moved here and got a much nicer apartment for only a little bit more. Highly recommend living here!
This place is full of Lazy workers and no outlook on how the apartment affects your health. I have been complaining about the sane issue since arriving here and have not gotten any reaction, the complaint is about something that causes allergy issues with me and I've been to the hospital 2 times for it already. -5?s
These apartments are brand new and you get it for the same price as the other apartments in the area. How can you go wrong with that?!
Apartments very noisy due to poor or non existent sound deadening in a wooden structure. No sound privacy against as advertised. Also unresponsive to problems or repairs. Must threaten legal action to get response.
