Property Ratings at Village South
The facility has changed hands twice, none of the employees are consistent. No updated lease has been given. I was told they are using the old lease until the new lease comes out, but it was noted that they added charges and said it came from the new lease that has not been given. Squatters live in the abandoned apartment buildings, that the police nor staffing seem to care about. The facility keeps the water on in all the buildings and the paying customer pays for it, no wonder the squatters won't leave. Everything is free to them. I was afraid for my safety and my baby, so I left. I suggest you think twice before moving in.
This is the worst place I've ever lived don't fix nothing management is very bad off I'm so glad to be out from over there

I love living here and when you call in your work orders they send them to your rescues as soon as possible. I loved it especially when I didn’t have any one living next door to me. Now I have to worry about extra noise extra people coming in and out of the doors. If it gets to bad my kids and I will just move. Other then that life is great it is what it should be !!!!
