Redbird housing typically consists of apartment buildings and prospective residents can find plenty of studio apartments here, a rarity in most of Dallas.

Property Ratings at Village Square
Over flow of trash. Maintenance need to be micro-manage to ensure requistions are completed in a timely manner for the tenants by keeping two books (Work requistions, completed) so he won't forget to come back. Everyone in the office do not communicate on the same level when tenants give a certain person information effectively to others in the office to help the tentant. I found this out two days before I left from other tenants that it was a common thing that occurred often. Beside that, the complex is a good community to live and the office staff is a good fit for the complex, very supportive. I thank Kim and Kareen for their help.
the location is central to the freeways, the property is maintained and the community is basically quiet.
I recommend this property for affordable single senior living that's quiet and comfortable
I would recommend this property because it is well maintained and maintenance is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable
The community is quiet, peaceful, attractive, and affordable compared to other apartment communities.
Everything about this apartment complex is great. Keep up the great work.
I would recommend it. It's a decent place to live but the upkeep of the apartments by their maintenance men sometimes does not reflect what they charge per month on rent.
Sometimes trash gets out of control
The apartments are so quite and clean and the staff is awesome.
YES
I will recommend it to my family or friends because it's a nice place to call home and it's very quiet and livable and the office people are very nice an understandable and they will work with you and I just love it except the interest is the trash dumpster that need to be removed they keep a pile of trash when you enter the apartment that's the only thing I don't like about the apartment but everything else I love
I would. At the end of the day even though I feel my apartment is too small and the maintenance don't complete their work orders..this apartment is still livable. I do have other comforts here as well that I was not getting at my previous apartment complex.
Despite the minor issues that have not been fixed yet I still have piece of mind and I genuinely adore the entire apartment complex.
The outside big dumpster is a mess...Need to be handle more,at one time I was too embarrassing to invite guest over because of the overwhelming trash outside big dumpster..And the trash could be pick up more on the property,. other than that it would really be a nice place to love...I did order some new blinds when I first moved in Oct 1,2019 it Nov 5 2019 still no blinds or no contact to me about them so I guess oh well on those..
One month has past and my shower never stay hot.
I would recommend this apartment complex to family or friends because it is quiet and it's a nice place to call home
I am pleased with the spaciousness. So far I love the apartment. I would recommend the apartment community.
The apartment community is great.I have no issues or concerns.
Because it is nice rent is acceptable and kim was very nice
If they could comfortably afford the annual rental increases for an apartment, then I would recommend this apartment community.
I would recommend this because the feeling of community as I was given the tour.
My rental exp. has been somewhat of a challenge at first three months but it's getting better.
it has changed since moving in some time ago, the atmosphere has change, tenants leasing to now seems not to care about other people property, space, etc
Nice personnel and overall quickly to resolve maintenance issues...despite my home got broken into twice still a overall good place to live
This community is extremely clean. The grounds are very well kept and the exterior looks great. It is free of junk and clutter and is absolutely beautiful.
The rent is steep, but I feel safe and I like the atmosphere so far; the office staff and maintenance crew is very nice as well. I also like the reserved parking.
We would recommend this community but would note the fact that maintenance repairs slow, management doesn't allow new tenant to see the apartment before moving in.
Village Square is a very reliable place to live. They have worked extremely hard in securing their tenants. The manager is very respectful and understanding. The staff is very professional and the rent is very reasonable. Their is no hanging out and a nice curfew for the kids. It is a good place to live or rent.
