Glen Cove is a quiet yet decently-sized community on Long Island’s northern shore, approximately one hour away from Manhattan by car and 90 minutes away by rail. Those choosing Glen Cove apartments will enjoy a relaxed coastal lifestyle: the crime rate is very low, several beaches are easily accessible to the public, and the numerous city parks often host live music and other special events during the warmer months. Boating is quite popular here as well – the finish line of the annual Around Long Island Sailboat Race is just offshore from Morgan Park. Golfers will feel right at home here, with golf courses and country clubs all around the city.

Property Ratings at Village Square
Very clean, well maintained apartment complex. Friendly and reliable maintenance staff.
The living environment here is lively. Many activities throughout each month, friendly neighbors, convenient location for school, coffee, theaters, pharmacy etc.
Being my first experience living in this environment I find it easy to be here. Maintainence issues are done on a timely basis and done properly. The building is always clean and lit properly for safety. The staff is always courteous and takes time to have a conversation. I have no complaints.
Unfortunately I must post this review to make other prospective renters aware of the noise being created by Rumble Boxing. It radiates into the building and is a constant annoyance from early early morning and through out the day. The solution management has offered is to break the lease early or move at my expense to a different end of the building. Other tenants have expressed the same issue to management. If you’re going to consider renting here make sure your apartment choice is no where near Rumble Boxing.
Erin and team do a wonderful job for the residents at Village Square, we're fortunate to have such professional and responsive support. I highly recommend this community, we are very happy here.
Never having lived in this type of environment, I find it agreeable, safe, friendly, and a very nice place to live
I moved in last year. I am very happy with all the staff here in Village Square. Especially the community manager, Erin is very responsive, prompt and respectful while being flexible and always smiling. She was the reason I decided to sign the lease. Even after I moved in, she continues to exceed my expectation. One time, as soon as I reported a problem in my bathroom, she immediately responded and sent the maintenance team. They showed up in 30 minutes and resolved the problem. All her staff in the office, Victoria, Jon and Alvin are amazing. I can see myself living here for a long time as long as Erin is here. And I can watch the beautiful sunset right from my windows everyday.
Probably the best apartment complex and location in nassau
My husband and I moved to V.S. a year ago and are beyond pleased with our apartment, common rooms, cleanliness and entire staff. Everyone is professional, friendly and always willing to answer questions. We are absolutely pleased living at V.S.
I moved in from the beginning and still very happy. Even though staff is constantly changing they all have been very nice and friendly and do their best to make residents happy. But with 146 apartments you can never satisfied 1/2. And most important we need better Concierge
Since I moved here I’m very happy with my beautiful brand new luxury apartment. I had no problems with the Staff except I don’t like them to constantly changing. Since I have been here Greystar changed Management about 6 times. And of all Maintenance workers Herod and Al in are the best and deserve a raise.
In general, this is a beautiful building - well maintained - apartments very comfortable. Management has provided many social opportunities to meet your neighbors which helps to make a pleasant place to call home.
This is a great place to live and I only wants to move out when we buy our place. The staff are amazing, they always have get together for the residents, concierge service is perfect and feel like I’m living in a hotel. I cancel my gym, because the fitness room is very good. I’m very happy and glad I choose this place a year ago.
I was really excited about this apartment. I had toured the studio apartment and it looked really nice and modern so I applied right away. From the start the website was glitching and I had called to resolve the problem. They asked me to go directly there to fill out the application and I was already getting problems from the workers. They were asking for way too many documents and I could already see they had no idea what they were talking about and were unaware how to do their job. I ended up sending in the extra documents anyways and I never got an email back saying they relieved it like any other professional would and has done. I had to call the front desk to ask if they had received it over 15 times until I got an answer. The man said “ Yeah, I mean you’ll probably get an email back I guess, I don’t know” At that point I didn’t even think my application was sent and proceeded to look into other apartments. Weeks later I got an email saying I was approved, however I’m no longer interested in living there. As modern and pretty the apartment looks, maintenance and workers are something your going to have to deal with for the full lease. If I were you I’d strongly consider looking elsewhere and save your money. They’re only going to give u problems and it’s not worth your money!!!!
My experience as a resident here was/is the greatest I have ever had at an apartment complex. The staff genuinely cares for the residents and works with local business to ensure there is always something to do, and even occasionally caters food. Fitness center and amenities are cleaned routinely and are always in incredible condition. The location is great, I was able to walk to my local gym, grab food downtown, and walk to the beach/LIRR. Such a great place to live and I cannot recommend it enough!
