I’ve been here for a year now. Renewed my lease for another year today. The apartment was renovated before I came here. Clean carpet, beautiful linoleum floors in the kitchen area, beautiful cabinets and so very clean. Every time I need something fixed, they are on it so fast. Every time I call, they answer. I complained about the smoke, the neighbors were kind about it and started smoking out their window. Washer and dryer area could be a little cleaner but I think that’s to be expected living with a bunch of people in one area. I always hear someone vacuuming outside keeping the area clean, however lots of mold on the ceiling with water damage in the entrance but again, to be expected and am not exposed to it 24/7. Neighbors are so very friendly. Living somewhere safe if huge for me and being a young woman who lives alone, I’ve NEVER once felt unsafe here. Everyone is so friendly. The people who smoke outside across my building always say hi and ask me how I’m doing.
me and my boyfriend just moved in , and we love it they where very helpful when we were signing papers, even showed us a couple apartments , are place was newly renovated and it looks beautiful very please with how nice the staff is thanku again ? loving our new home

The leasing staff (especially Beth) are very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. The maintenance staff responds immediately and fixes things correctly the first time around. Quiet complex, no issues with neighbors, fair rental rates, convenient location. My only complaint is the snow removal company the property uses in the winter; they are just extremely slow getting out to plow and don't do a very good job when they do.

This month, I will complete my first year in this apartment. Before I say anything I wanted to say thank you to Elizabeth, Lisa and Michelle. You ladies are the best. The maintenance service: It is the best service I had so far. It is superb fast. I asked to check my refrigerator and whole the guy showed up within an few minutes. Throughout my last year I didn't had any major issues. The staff: The staff in main office and the maintenance crew are super friendly. They will explain everything step by step in detail when you sign a lease. The maintenance crew is really awesome. When I moved in last year I asked for an electric outlet checkup or something. the maintenance guy came in fixed that. Plus I was replacing the bulbs in my Kitchen last night but couldn't finish it and left over on the kitchen top while leaving early in the morning for work. The maintenance guy replaced them for my and put everything back to to date. This is definitely says a lot about their service. I can't thank them enough. The price and overall apartment: This is the best part. In entire Canton I wasn't able to find a deal better than this one. The apartment are really nice and have enough space for everything. Those cabinets inside the bathroom are life savers.

This is an awesome complex!! The entire Village Squire team from the office and maintenance staff to the management team go above and beyond to provide a pleasant, clean, safe, friendly and comfortable living environment. They are professional, pleasant and take your concerns seriously. Maintenance request are handled promptly and professionally, the complex is quiet and well maintained, and it is a pleasure living here. The single worst thing about this place is the people. There are too many people here that live differently than you and you might have an opinion about that. I went from a one bedroom 2nd floor unit to a 1st Floor two bedroom unit and have lived here roughly 5 years. Communities are what you make of them, Point blank. I wish their company put more money into renewing leaseholders' units. They deserve consideration for fulfilling a lease.
