Property Ratings at Village Station
Been staying here since February of this year haven't had one problem, just recently got an upgrade in my apartment new stove, dishwasher, and oven. The neighborhood is always well maintained grass cut every week if not two weeks. Its always quiet and peaceful. Some residents complain about management but i have not had one issue the current office lady will work with you through any situation the best she can and get you the help you need so glad she's in office best management I've had anywhere before here definitely would recommend moving to this community.

We believe that everyone deserves a community that feels like home, so we are happy to hear that you have benefited from these efforts. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It's always great to hear appreciation from our valued residents!
New management took over on the 28th, with no phone number available, no portal for rent payment, no drop box, only open 8:30-4:30 the 1st-4th. For someone who works 9-6 with a commute, it’s impossible to pay rent! Finally was able to take time off and do it the first day they were open, and I have a $50 late fee even though they weren’t open on the 5th, when the old office was open on Saturdays. Upon leaving, it was told to me that they were planning on raising rent and selling the property as soon as possible. Leave while you can.
We have been here about five months. I have no complaints. the leasing process was straightforward, no surprises, the apartment is clean and pest free, no smoking inside buildings so it smells nice. The cabinets were just replaced in our apartment and have been sturdy so far. Maintenance has been good and we are always notified ahead of time. Any time we needed something, the staff has been friendly and responsive. The clubhouse is nice, pool is clean, and workout room is small but functional. I'm glad to live here.

Thank you so much for your 5-star review of Village Station! We moved in less than a week after applying. Communication is quick and easy. You can even text their number. We get a response almost immediately. One note though-we were pretty desperate for an apartment, and we didn't really hide that. The apartment we toured smelled of cigarettes, and I didn't say anything about it because a) I didn't know this was the one we would be moving in and b) I was so desperate for a place to live that I didn't really care. Next, the communal laundry facilities weren't originally a big deal because we were used to it at college; however, we didn't realize how privileged to have FREE machines. The laundry facilities here require quarters, just as a regular laundromat. *THERE IS NO COIN MACHINE IN THIS BUILDING.* You have to get your quarters elsewhere. Further, these machines struggle to dry your clothes. I'll split the clothes into 2 dryers, and one'll still be going when the other one stops midway. I don't have the quarters for another, especially when I didn't really get my money's worth out of the first load. Next, the pool opened with special pandemic rules (social distance, etc). There were no amendments to the guest rule, which the sign says (and the lease) "TWO guests per RESIDENT" Resident, to me, means one person. So within our apartment we should be allowed four guests between the two of us. For my 21st birthday I wanted to see my family (3) but I didn't want us to be in close quarters, so I suggested we relax at the pool. However, I could not take all 3 of them with me to the pool alone, so my boyfriend (2nd resident of the apartment) came along to have 1 of my family members as his guest. However, as soon as we get to the pool, one of the ladies in the office comes out and tells us that the rule is 2 guests per APARTMENT. We tell her that's not what the sign says (which is a metal sign, not just a laminated construction paper) she comes and looks at it and says sorry, the rule is per apartment. Not to mention there were only two other people at the pool before us. It wasn't a crowded day. This put a pretty big damper on an already limited birthday celebration. I personally felt like these rules have been inconsistent with other behavior I had seen, i.e. people going to the pool after the office had closed (which was when the pool was supposed to be closed). Last, the signs indicating what building is what are so small that most deliveries deliver to the wrong apartment or spend extensive amount of time finding us.

I have lived here for 2 years now and I love it. I am very quiet and I do not ask for much but when I do the staff is on it. Most importantly I have had problems with my refrigerator going out and I had a new one the next day. Any thing from big to small things Don and Q the maintenance team has been awesome. They have a positive attitude every time I need anything. The leasing staff is always kind and they call me to make sure that I am satisfied with the work that is done in my apartment.I would recommend this property to all of my family and friends.
I signed my lease yesterday! These are wonderful apartments! They are clean, comfortable, and the landscaping is beautiful (lots of old trees)! The location is great and the people in the leasing office are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend Village Station if you are apartment hunting in Rock Hill.

I've been here for almost a year... Love the apartment but since new neighbors moved in, we've had an issue with limited parking space... No assigned parking and no limitations on how many cars a renter is allowed to park.. That's been our only complaint.
I live in Village Station apartments! Very quite place to live, and I absolutely love it here! The pool is very clean and my son loves it here also! We would love to win free rent for a year! Also would absolutely love to win for life! Thanks
