Horrible place to live.
Nestled in the highest crime area of Lakewood you can hear the sounds of domestic disputes and see emergency vehicles often. The bugs are out of control and even though the building is being "remodeled" the bugs are still out of control! There is a Child Sex Offender living on property, across from the open school, so bring your children and live uncomfortably for almost a grand a month.
