Residents of Villages at Domain are able to step out their front door and into a neighborhood with all sorts of dining, shopping, and entertainment. The community is literally located steps away from The Domain Mall, which features world-class retailers such as Papaya, Apple, and Dick’s Sporting Goods. The mall provides unlimited shopping that is sure to inspire an appetite. Some of the nearby restaurants include Blackfinn Ameripub. This new-age restaurant and bar serves up excellent seafood and other American favorites. If you are instead craving sushi, then head to Sushi Zushi for a tantalizing adventure into this edible art form. A couple of things I would change. I would upgrade the blinds to more modern ones especially in a “penthouse “ and more modern ceiling fans.

Not too many problems. The gym revamp has been highly anticipated but welcome. Otherwise maintained can be a hit or miss but smooth experience with front desk usually.

Fair. There are a lot of issues. I believe these places could be a little nicer for what is paid in leasing. Apartment community is nice enough.

I love living here. The building is so quiet and cool. The Gym is superb. What I like most is when I need some maintenance, the APP is so friendly and they come so quick always.

Overall my experience was okay. When I lived here the butterfly door system would frequently not work and the resident parking gate constantly was broken. The location of the apartment was amazing but pest problem was never resolved. Maintenance was the best and super quick.

Staff is pleasant and very sweet. Maintenance orders are getting done faster now so I appreciate it. Amenities can get better but overall, I still enjoy living here.

Good location. Decent apartment. It is pricey though. I believe it should be cheaper than it currently is. Elevators and gates break down a lot.

There are constant issues with the security of the building. The garage door is almost always broken, and the door to the building through the garage is almost always broken. So anyone can walk in at will. Emails from the front office carry a condescending tone often. The location is otherwise great and the apartment itself is decent. The maintenance guys are all nice.

It gets very loud early in the morning and late at night, but I love my unit and the amenities so far! Great office staff and maintenance. The pool is by far my favorite part!

In October I will have lived here 10 years, and that is hard to believe! As you might suspect, I have enjoyed my time here very much. I very much like my apartment. It suits me to a T., and I'm very close to great restaurants, shops, my spa, and manicures . Groceries are close by, and will deliver, and so is my church. Maintenance needs are quickly taken care of.

Excited about the new EV chargers , but not excited about the rent increase :/ in order to go on month to month after being a resident here over a year, they more than doubled my rent.

Villages has a good location, and the apartments are fairly new. However, I believe the Maintenace is very poor: on the hallways, pool and the building overall. The gym is terrible and extremely old.

The management company is subpar and inconsistent. The apartment complex itself is dated and security systems only work half the time. It’s in a good location for the price.

Just moved in a few weeks ago and so far everything has been great from the office being on top of things to the maintenance team taking care of things in a timely manner. Thank you for making my move a smooth transition. And all the people that live here are pretty nice and friendly so that helps as well!

The Village at the Domain Apts is a great place to live! Management has really turned this place around and made it a top notch apt complex! The office staff is so helpful, especially Esperanza! She is amazing and knows everything there is to know about these apts and the Domain!

The apartment is nice. The location is very good too. Maintenance is also nice. The only things is there is no Jacuzzi and the pool is not temperature controlled.

I thought Arianna, Cooper, and the rest of the staff (whose names I can't remember) made the move-in process significantly better for me. Despite having issues with Austin Energy delaying my move-in date, I was treated with kindness, sympathy & respect by the staff. I was appreciative of the professionality they exhibited. They treat all residents like close-friends, and I'd have a beer with any of them. Only reason I give this apartment complex 4/5 stars is because the move-in time is 4pm on the lease start day. Why is that? They wait until you're paying for electricity to do the final clean of the apartment. I think they should have the apartments 100% prepared the day before so residents can grab their keys on move-in day as soon the office opens. I had already taken the day off to move which led to some frustration on my end. I've only lived here for a couple weeks but must say the location, cleanliness, staff, and price have all contributed to a great overall experience.

All the staff and neighbors are so nice and kind. I love to do the workout at the gym and the fitness machines work so well. It is a great idea to have a place outdoors to exercise too. The swimming pool is so tempting and the grill is superb. The dog cleaning room is a plus.

Frustrating to live here just like every other apartment is. Rent is too high, dogs pee everywhere, people at the front try their best but also kind of suck. Great location

The elevator keeps breaking without a permanent resolution causing disturbing inconvenience. The apartment complex security is poor. I had my car broken into several times. The facility manager is rude and at times dishonest.

Overall a decent place to live over the past 3 years they have worked to make improvements to common areas and imroved security access. At times communication with Leasing office is lacking and require constant following up.

I’ve lived here for a couple months and have thoroughly enjoyed it! The location is very convenient. Cooper helped with the move in and he has been a gem. The leasing staff has been very friendly. Just a warning - if you face the great lawn you’ll probably hear some music, but a sound machine washes it out. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to move here.

Nice place, very dog friendly. A lot of good food nearby and convenient to highways. Great ammenties, the gym is nice although a few machines are broken.

First month in my apartment and so far it's been great! Had to have maintenance come out for a minor fix and they arrived within 24 hours of submitting my request. The building is clean and relatively quiet. Love it!

For the majority of my stay, going on 3 years, the locks to the building have been broken. For maintenance issues inside the apartment they come and fix it in a reasonable amount of time. The maintenance people are nice. The office people not the greatest. Don’t loose your key or go make several copies at Home Depot before you lose your only key. They will charge 25 dollars to make you a 1 dollar key. The area is great.

Living in the domain is awesome- I think this is one of the older complexes here so its a little outdated but the amenities are nice and the price is reasonable!

Area is the best and convenient. Love the updated gym and keypad access. The partnership with fetch makes it way more easier to receive packages on time, or reschedule when I’m away from home
