Property Ratings at Villages at Lake Worth
Parking here is horrible, guest parking is always full, the rule was you can park anywhere in the parking lot until 6pm and recently they changed that rule and now you cannot park anywhere expect guest parking if you are not a resident or if you are a guest visiting- there was no notice given of the new rule, just cars being towed! When speaking to management about this, the office manager is rude and does not care and denies that there was ever a rule about parking anywhere until 6pm. My car was in a regular spot for a couple hours and at 11:30am it got towed. Also the Pool is ALWAYS closed. And good luck getting anything fixed in your apartment they don’t know what they are doing and it can takes weeks!
worst place you can possibly live from termites to roaches and the worst management in history parking is a disaster and they will tow your vehicle unjustly please beware
I scheduled an appointment to come tour. I even got an email two hours before to remind me. I drive an hour to the complex to find out that they closed the office for the day for a training. This was very frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Someone should have called me to let me know so I wouldnt have to make the trip, not send out an email confirmation. When i arrived a manager present was completely rude and told me there was a corporate mandatory meeting and dismissed me without even offering to reschedule and to apologize. Completely unprofessional and poor management.

Hello, thank you for your feedback and we're sorry that happened. We will call you to make this right.
Parking is horrible out here . You don’t not have assigned parking like website shows . I’ve been moving here less then a month & I have yet to have got a spot by my I literally have to park in back of complex . Property management told me no one gets a spot by there door everyone has to walk a few steps . Mind you I live in first building which sits on lake worth rd but have to park on 2nd ave .

I especially love walking the park across the street. My kids love going to the pool. The people here are the best. I always love going to the office. but the maintenance team is really something special. Anytime I talk with Ed he makes sure the maintenence team takes care of my concerns. Thank you!

I have been a resident for some years and I am always happy when I get my renewal letter. I've been here since Ed, the new Manager, came on board and I don't know how he does it but it keeps getting better and better every year! I just went to our Halloween party and it was better than any party I've been to. My family loved it and had a blast! I love all the events they put on throughout the year. This community brings a sense of home and welcoming spirit that Ed and his team push for. I've enjoyed living here so much that I've even referred friends here that also love this place! Village at Lake Worth is definitely my HOME! Thank you guys!!!

I've always lived in apartment complexes. This one by far is the best managed place I've lived in. I've lived in Miami, Broward, and now Palm Beach county so I've had many different experiences. I first stated that it was the best managed property because that's really what makes the difference in different communities. I'm retired and live with my daughter who's starting college so I'm very careful with where I choose to live. Every time I request a maintenance issue it gets completed very fast; anytime I have any concerns with the property the Manager, Edwin, gets very hands on and takes ownership of his community. He makes you and your family feel very welcomed and is always doing a great job with running the place. As I was reading some negative reviews, it seems that some of those people had either personal issues they needed to resolve or they just didn't follow the community rules. If you are a good tenant then there is no reason to have any issues with any community. I love how there is upkeep with the parking/booting because I'd like to come home to a place where I feel like I have my own personal space available if need be. My family knows the parking rules as well and they are fair and understandable. I love the apartment and it's amenities and the community is definitely the best in the area. I hope other people share the great experience that I've had living here.

AMAZING Staff! I’ve worked closely with Yacilyn since I moved in and she has always answered my questions and helped me with every single thing I needed. I also had the opportunity meet with the manager Ed, who was extremely attentive and made sure that I was taken care of as a resident. They have NEVER failed me. Words can’t even express how much I appreciate the care & attention I have received so far while living in this community. If you want to live in a community that administration & staff puts their resident first, all while living is an amazing apartment with great amenities and safety, this is the perfect community for you and your family.

My husband and I have lived in our apartment for almost 4 years. We love it here. We lived on a budget, and really the price cannot be beat (we were the first people to ever live in our apartment). I am sad that we have to move out of state. Apartment hunting in a supposed state with a lower cost of living (Birmingham, Alabama) has made me realize just how lucky we really were all these years (newer apartments in Birmingham with the same sq footage run about the same price or higher...yet I will be making less money). The apartment manager, Ed, has been amazing. He is nice to the tenants that follow the simple rules (and will even bend over backwards for them). If you decide to host your own pool party on a Saturday with say like 20 guests, you may think otherwise. In the almost 4 years that we have lived here, we have only needed to put 1 or 2 maintenance requests in, and each time maintenance came the same day. Only negative is that there is limited visitor parking. Not a big deal for us...we keep to ourselves.

The community is clean and in excellent condition, and I am particularly pleased with the staff - they are professional and courteous, and they will go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of! Don't let the appearance fool you . They greet you very friendly ,they show you a model unit ,not the unit you moving into and if you want a fungi lake view its extra unfortunately the unit you rent you see when you pay and you ready move in and they hand you a sheet for a suppose walk thru inspection which never happens . You tell management about repairs such as unit wasn't freshly painted ,washer had burn marks on it ,cabinets not align, door knob guest bedroom broken, kitchen granite counter tops ,cracks and chips, and all defected doors and walls , floors were uneven and the repairs never got corrected , with a few attempts to the manager, he finally come inspects and states that the repairs will get done which never happened and to top it off my vehicles get hit twice two different occasion ,and management answer the first time was cameras were not functioning properly the second time camera couldn't zoom, really and this is where I live and suppose to feel safe . After all said and done I chose not to renew my lease . When you move out you have to chase them for your deposit they give you the run around , will post if and when I receive my deposit . If you choose to move here I really wish you and your family really good luck ! At least you can't say you wasn't warned !

Please be advised that your security deposit was returned in accordance with Florida Statute Law. We understand you may not be in agreement, however it’s a process required by law. The apartments are very comfortable, new, beautiful, great maintenance team and great management team, Edward very professional, polite, great customer service, the lady in reception is very kind. Always help. I love the place, i feel safe and i enjoy all. The gym is new and clean. The playground inside for small kids is perfect. The park across the street for older kids and for everyone is a big plus to exercise and enjoy outdoors.

This place was the worst place I have ever lived in. They will get you by the looks of the place but once you move in you will be stuck for a year waiting until the lease is up to run out!! It's not a safe area, always get hidden fees and they will never try to work in your favor. They will get their money. Bad customer service. No parking, many pole lights out. 2 by the dumpster have been out for over 6 months. I am so happy to be out of that place. Trust me you will regret it. I am trying to help future residents.

We appreciate your feedback and we regret that you had a bad experience. However since this review is anonymous and we can’t look up your information, we can’t fully address this issue. As inconvenient as they may seem, the parking rules are designed for the benefit of all residents and keeping cars parked in designated areas provide ample parking accessibility for our residents. Unfortunately the" hidden fees" you may be referring to are typically instances that involve repairs of damages or rent that went unpaid. We provide the reasons in writing when you move out. We would love the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly with you and our onsite team are always available at the following contact numbers: Village at Lake Worth Office: 561.530.4272 Sincerely, The Village at Lake Management Team.

Apartments are beautiful. That's the only nice thing I can say about this place. Parking is horrible. Not enough parking spaces for everyone. New community manager Aileen is unprofessional and rude. No closet space. Unsafe. Multiple break ins. Not planning on renewing the lease.
