Villages at Pecan Grove

I have been here for 4 years now and love being here. The people in the office are helpful and always friendly and courteous. The maintenance staff works diligently to effect repairs and keep the complex clean and running smoothly. I hope to be here for many years to come.

This year I didn't want to renew my contract just to be closer to my son's school but, finding nice and big apartments like these is difficult. I love living here!

Very safe community, leasing and maintenance are very willing to help and answer any questions. The only issue is the parking, if everyone would park one vehicle in front of the building and the other are farther location so everyone could/would have a space and not have to walk so far from building. All in all very satisfied.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. The apartments and grounds are well maintained. The apartment amenities are nice.

Just renewed my lease for a third year. This is a great apartment with an amazing staff who is very accommodating for all of your needs. I highly recommend

I’m loving it here. The neighbors have been very friendly , leasing office has been attentive and helpful, walking my dog everyday is a pleasurable experience. I can’t wait until the pool opens back up and they start inviting the food trucks again.

Fantastic experience. The only complaint is that my ac has broke like 4 different times this summer and I wish that maybe there was a more permanent fix to the problem.

Enjoy the quiet, friendly neighbors & family friendly environment. Having banks, restaurants, grocery stores, schools & health within walking distance saves so much time for a busy schedule. The staff is very helpful, friendly & holds each of the residents best interest as a priority.

The apartment is so spacious! It is very classy. I just love it. The neighborhood is in an ideal location, not too far from anything. The people who work here are super friendly!

Going on four years here and I have to say I love it here great staff employees here and awesome residents and the amenities are out of this world I can't complain at all.

Apartment complex is well maintained. Everyone in the office are very helpful and very kind. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

The move in process was smooth and everyone I’ve met in the community has been very friendly and welcoming. Evening is beautifully maintained and clean.

No one ever answers the phone when you call. No matter what time of day it is. So frustrating. Sometimes you need to speak with them. The grounds are nice as are the apartments but I don’t know if I really want to stay

Lovely apartments with a quick and easy move in. 1 to 3 bedroom apartments with washer and dryer included! Seamless process on paperwork that needed to be processed. Lots of amenities!

Very pleased with office staff, maintenance and residents. Only complaint is, resident above should be more considerate of how loud they are, especially in walking. With no carpet, please be more considerate!!!

The office staff is amazing! Incredibly personable, helpful, and responsive. The amenities are top notch and there are many community events throughout the year.

It is one the best apartments I have lived so far . This apartment is quiet and family friendly. It is spacious with upgraded equipment. It is also near to walking trail that leads to lake. The best thing I like about this apartment is it has spacious patio for enjoying the nice weather.

Tranquility and beautiful, spacious apartments. 3 years here and I wouldn't change it for any other residence. A well-equipped gym, a large and beautiful swimming pool, a path that leads to the lake surrounded by woods and the office staff who are always kind and helpful.

Everyone has been wonderful. Ewona is GREAT, she has been so kind and helpful. The apartment is amazing, I love the high ceilings and my large balcony is a huge plus. Everyone I have met in the community has been so welcoming. I'm glad I chose this as our new home for my daughter and myself!

Very clean and well-maintained community. Offers a wide range of amenities including but not limited to: pool, club house, gym, car washing station, and a pet washing station.

So far I love it, everyone's nice and warm and welcoming. The amenities are awesome, my kids love that there are 2 parks to play on and can't wait to go swimming in the pool. I love the pool tables.

As always, I really enjoy living here. The community is nice and clean. I feel like it's a safe environment for single people and families. The office personnel are wonderful and very attentive to the resident's needs and concerns. Will definitely renew my lease when it comes time to.

In my opinion, this is the best place that I’ve lived in since I started renting apartments and that’s a long time ago very long time ago :-) have a great staff and the staff work so well with the maintenance and everything is one so smoothly and there’s a problem staff is always there to help you out! I would recommend this complex to anybody because it would be a benefit for them??

It good to live in but rent is high for one bedroom. Has a small dog park which could be bigger. Residents are alright and it’s quiet and peaceful sometimes

The Villages at Pecan Grove has been a wonderful home for the past year. Just renewed my lease in January! The grounds are clean and well maintained, amenities are awesome (the gym is large for an apartment gym and even with multiple others around, it doesn’t feel crowded), there is a car wash and dog park on site, and they just put in electric vehicle charging which is a huge plus! My favorite part of living here is the access to the Bass Lake trail ?? Staff is kind and responsive, and it is a safe, quiet community.

The staff is great! Quick response time, and knowledgeable. Put in a work order in, and the maintenance team responded within four hours of the request!

After 4 years of living here I continue to love every bit of it. From the front office staff to maintenance to the facilities everything is great.

Took my tour, signed my lease, and got approved for my apartment all in one day. The facilities are beautiful and the place has great amenities. The community looked very clean and well kept! Excited to move in.

This is a very friendly community . I appreciate the maintenance people who are always willing to help and are kind As well as the office crew. I am still waiting for the plants to be replaced behind my building which have been missing for six years now.
