Nestled in two Tennessee counties, Spring Hill is full of comforts just 30 miles outside of Nashville. The city was established in 1809 and the site of a major war battle, the Battle of Spring Hill, in 1864.
Recognized for its unique blend of old and new, Spring Hill is an attractive suburb for residents. The convenience of Interstate 65 is great for local businesses, and residents love their direct access to it from their Spring Hill apartments. In addition to a quiet community, you’ll find tons of community parks and highly rated education.
Residents enjoy the amenities at King’s Creek Golf Club, the shops at The Crossing of Spring Hill, and the variety of eateries along Main Street. Do you like Southern-style cooking? The Mockingbird Restaurant is the place to go – and it’s in a refurbished farmhouse! Rippavilla Plantation is a center of tourism, offering corn mazes and daily tours of the property.

Property Ratings at Villages at Spring Hill Apartments
Annette was such a pleasure to deal with. Wonderful property. We'll maintained, clean and safe!!!
great staff, great amenities, comfy price
everyone is friendly and helpful.
I think the rent rate is too high even though supply/demand allows it. Outside of the rent rates, I would recommend the community.
Going on my 3rd year with the Village and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences.
The maintenance guys are always friendly and willing to help.
I think it is a nice part of the town and seems to be pretty close to most of the major stores.
Great community for me. I am an elderly lady and it so convenient to so much. Easy place to walk my dog. Meeting so many people. I have such great neighbors in my building. So I do recommend the villages to people looking for apartment living. Just so you know people call me miss congeniality because I get out and meet as many people as possible
Friendly staff, clean community, fair rates.
yes
I've lived here 3 yrs and the staff and crew have been wonderful to me.
I would recommend this apartment community as a very proficient and professional community.
If it's advertised on the website as all black appliances, there needs to be all black appliances.
I love living in the Villages of Spring Hill. Great neighbors and friendly neighborhood.

I haven't had any major issues and for that reason alone, I would recommend.
When there’s a problem it’s taken care of swiftly. When I pick my packages up at office if large they will carry to my car for me, which they don’t have to. Nice neighbors.
Its a nice place its quieter than the average apt.complex

Very friendly staff and clean environment. Doesn't appear to be overcrowded.
Annette and Chris are first class people. It is a shame the property has fallen into disrepair.

Every time it rains a giant moat develops around my apartment and floods my patio.

Hello, Thank you so much for this information. Can you please stop by the office and give me your apartment information to get this issue resolved. We want to ensure that none of your belongings get damaged and that you are able to enjoy your patio. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Howard Community Manager
I would recommend this apartment to a friend. Howard was great help; it's our top choice excepting only the cost, because another local community happens to be running a better special at this time.

Compared to past experiences the entire repair was handled so quickly and actually completed. That rarely happened in the past.
The location is great as you're close to many restaurants, stores and highways.
I have lived in apartments before but I like this one the most. I love how they do different events to bring the community together I really appreciate that a lot. Every time I have to put in a maintenance requires they respond in a timely matter and get the job done. I believe it's a really safe and nice place to live.

Thank you so much for taking out the time and completing the review of our community. We want to ensure that we provide the best living experience for each of our residents! If there is anything we can do for you please let us know!
They are always updating, such as the addition of card readers on the laundry and keeping the grounds fresh. Aside from peoples trash and dog poo, but that is the residents fault:)
The rent is too high for the state of the apartments, trash pick up is varying and dumpsters pile up and over, maintenance is non existent unless you have what is deemed necessary as an issue. Went for over a month without a dishwasher... paid for over 2 years for pest control never once was contacted about needing any sort of pest removal for the apartment i had to take oest control into my own hands due to ants comming in through the outside patio.
I don?t think the price reflects what you receive. I feel like the rent price is more than what it should be
For the same reasons listed above. Also shopping is so convenient, everything I could possibly need is so close by.
One manager set up our move date. We set up people to help us move, took unpaid time off work and were then told our move wasn?t scheduled. Office staff didn?t really seem to care. Eventually the regional manager squared things away which was greatly appreciated. But we are still living with unrepaired items such as a hole in our bathroom shower where the tile was removed to fix a water leak into the bedroom closet. I?ve been in the office asking about it and was told they?d get on it. That was 1-1/2 weeks ago. Same with unattached bathroom tile that we were told on move in day would be fixed. Still waiting. We?ve had multiple flooding/pipes issues since living here, frozen windows, insulation issues, you name it since we were living in another unit. I would credit most of it to old buildings and high turnover in staff. But it?s very frustrating.
It seems to be a quiet and safe area. Well maintained property. Office staff have been very professional, timely, and knowledgable.

Thank you so much for the five stars! Our team works tirelessly to ensure you have a community that you are proud to call home. Have a great day!
I would and have recommended this property because of the wonderful service we have received.
The community is quiet, everything is kept neat and orderly. Plus the location is terrific. It's so close to everything needed. Markets, places to dine, and plenty of stores to shop.
Spring Hill in general is way over priced. Villages is competitive with rates in the area. If the pool is closed at 9pm it should really close to all. This has gotten better. Teenagers harassing younger, married women at the pool. Issued has been addressed, some teenagers are hardheaded though.
Couldn't be happier with the warm, professional service. I had no idea that along with the rent I'm paying for a clean, spacious apartment I was getting such outstanding community support.
I still feel that the current management is not "pro active" enough. Previous management did preventative maintenance whereas seems like this one fixes things after they are broken. Example--asphalt on apartment roads, cleaning building siding, stairs and decks, trimming tree branches, etc.
Seemed to be a great family friendly community without the "commercialized" features of newer apartment complexes. I look forward to moving to the community.
I would definitely recommend the Villages to my friends, and I have. But unfortunately, most of them live in Nashville where I work. I'm the only one brave enough to deal with the commute. ;)
Great maintenance team, especially Jason, very friendly staff and the grounds are always lovely.
I enjoy the staff. all of the team seems to care, and they are quick to respond. I appreciate their efforts.
Curteous staff. Good location. Quiet neighobors
The staff makes living here a personal and family-like experience.
The first thing I say if that I feel safe here. We have a few issues every so often but nothing serious. Next we are the only place that lets us have larger dogs which those of us who have them really appreciate. Our pets are family and just because we need to move to an apartment doesn't mean we want to get rid of our pets. We have many amenities. I have had to use the laundry room before when my machines were broken that was nice to have since I think we only have one laundry mat in Spring Hill. The pool is the thing we use the most in the summer with kids. The workout room is very nice as well. Tennis courts are nice. When my kids were younger the play ground was great. I wish the sand volley ball courts would be used for something that would be used more often. A basket ball court would be used more I think. We have a lot of teens and younger adults here that would use that.
I would as far as the staff, I wouldn't as far as the cleanliness of the complex.
Front office actions need improvement on customer service and need to return calls
The maintenance team is simply the best -- Joey and Jason are world class.
I thought I'd hate apartment living but life here is pretty good, although not without issues. - You sign an extensive list of rules when moving in. And the community would be better for them. However rules are not enforced, except when "corporate" is coming. As a result things can look dumpy here and there. - There are cigarette butts everywhere. Be careful you don't move in next door to a smoker if you're not one. - The tennis courts look great online but the night lights don't work. - Maintenance is spotty. You might get something taken care of within hours - or it may never happen and they simply mark it as done. We have a literal weed garden - 2 feet tall - growing in our gutters. - There is a "good 'ol boy" sort of vibe. Many of the residents also work for the complex. Rules don't seem to apply to them. - Half the people have never learned to park and their vehicles cover half the sidewalk. "Corporate" seems only intent on profit. They're renovating apartments but the rest of the complex has serious needs that aren't being addressed - one building has been missing a 5x5 section of siding since we've lived here. The good - Terrific location next to the library and park. - Generally quiet. - The pool is nice, if not a bit overcrowded at times. - The sauna is great now that it's FINALLY fixed. - The staff are nice - though they're understaffed. I can't imagine paying the prices they have listed here but all-in-all it's a decent place to live on the way to the next place.
The rent is extremely high, but I love this neighborhood and the management. I also love the location and the community.
Staff, security, layout of apts and the gorgeous grounds. Great for walking.
