I have been at VATR for the past 9 years and I love it here. The maintenance crew are great, and the staff members are great. The grounds are clean and tidy, it is very quite and I feel very safe.

Great place to live with helpful staff. Love living here. Nice gym, pool, Coffee bar is a major plus too! Property manager is easy to talk to, she makes you feel like an actual person instead of just a number. The staff always answers my questions very quickly and they’re all super friendly.

It’s wonderful living in Villages. Most of the neighbors are friendly and very kind. The VATR team is amazing. It feels like living a big family. I only wish all pet owners would be responsible and clean after them everyday. We still run into a lot of waste during walks. Unfortunately more security is also required.

Nice location. The nearby food truck lot is great. The grounds need a good power washing and this place would be beautiful. I love the dog bath and dog park.

Although I have only lived here under a year. This place is all around friendly including dog friendly. The area is very beautiful and is also known to be quiet at the best of times allowing for good night sleeps. But also hold some cute events allowing me to get to know my neighbors a little better.

I’ve been here for 5 years and still enjoy it. The community is relatively quiet and I have seen little upgrades/improvements being made over time that are nice. I hope the improvements continue.

When we moved in, we found that our outside closet storage lock was not matched to our keys, and so it was inaccessible. When I called to address, the staff member answered and put the work order in immediately. However, she also explained that since it was summer, she didn't want to over promise the timing of the lock being addressed as there were some AC units that maintenance needed to address first. She sounded frustrated on the phone on our behalf, but explained that it could take up to 3 weeks for the lock to be addressed. We were a bit disheartened, but as it wasn't an emergency, we were not in a hurry - so we waited. However, we waited only a couple of days before the lock was changed. For a first time apartment renter, this shortened timeline was a happy surprise, and we are always pleased with how issues are acknowledged and addressed on the property. Nowhere is perfect, but I am pleased with the problem solving and care here.

I apologize if this was miscommunicated, but no work orders should ever take 3 weeks to complete at VATR. Summer can be an issue with regards to our AC units, but we are very happy that your work order was completed for the patio door, especially being that you just moved in. Overall, it's a great community with a pleasant atmosphere. The area is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The amenities, like the pool and gym, are always in excellent condition and provide great convenience. Additionally, the management team is responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any issues that arise. The location is also a plus, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live, offering a perfect blend of comfort and community.

The Villages at Turtle Rock is a great community to live at. I have lived at VATR for the past 9 years and I don't plan on moving anytime soon.

WORST MANAGEMENT.. PLEASE AVOID WORST MANAGEMENT EVER .. If you want peace in your life. please stay away from this community. I lived here for 3 years now. The management is one of the rudest/unhelpful you could ever want to deal with. Maintenance is so pathetic where they take weeks to respond and fix your issue. Comparing the standard of amenities and apartment condition the rent is so high. Management is never ready to listen to you or help you out. The lobbies are so unclean and unhygienic. I would definitely not recommend this community to anyone again.

I love living in this community! The pool and clubhouse is great! The staff is friendly and accommodating! I have met great people that are my neighbors and my dog loves to walk the property and play at the new dog park!

Overall 5/5 and would recommend living here to my family and friends. Lots of cute little family events and very dog friendly with the new dog park and the dog spa was a selling feature for me. Would renew my lease! Thank you Villages at Turtle Rock :)

I love living at VTAR amazing staff, people and the community is safe. Rebecca is amazing and she is truly a star worker. She made our move to Texas so much easier and she welcomed us with a true appreciation to have us here at the property. I am so glad I chose this property for our little family??

I've lived at Villages at Turtle Rock for 4 years now and honestly, it has some of the most responsive, caring, and intelligent staff. If any issue arises they are quick to help us through it while also truly understanding how we feel. One such staff member is Becca who has only just recently joined the team but honestly she truly shines as a problem solver and great communicator. Recently one of my favorite staff members at Turtle Rock left and I was so worried the new members wouldn't fill her shoes. I was so mistaken. They not only filled her shoes but have left a mark on Turtle Rock that truly makes it a great place to live. Thank you to the staff and especially Becca for being amazing and for taking good care of us! Please consider this place for your next home if you're looking for not only a great location but also awesome floor plan options and wonderful staff!
