WARNING PLEASE STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE THEY KEPT DELETING THE WORK ORDERS WE PUT IN FOR MAINTENANCE MAITENANCE HERE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST let me start off by saying i signed a 1 year lease here. i had put countless work order in and nothing got fixed cracked drywall leaks from the above that is probably just gonna be spray painted over like they do with mold here FIRST NIGHT IN THERE MIDDLE OF WINTER BOOM HEAT GOES OUT Not even a month after moving in our water heater busted open, After that our ac went out but since the ac was so old they didn't have the part's anymore and were without ac for 3 days till they took a fan part from another unit to fix ours one time i put a work order in for a lightbulb I HAD TO WAIT 4 MONTHS FOR LIGHTBULB 4 MONTHS at the same time we told them about the lighbulb they also knew about the leaking through our ceiling from upstairs but did not do one thing to fix it middle of summer our ac went out again on a friday they told us since its 1 degree colder than the "emergency temperature" outside that its not an emergency so DEAD MIDDLE OF SUMMER WITH 2 DOGS AND NO AC FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND finally fixed it the following TUESDAY My roommate and i were out of town one time that the ac went out and when we called emergency maintenance to fix it the on call maintenance guy told us that it would be a 3 hour wait because he was fishing with his buddies an hour away ; Me being a tenant that paid to live there i was clearly upset over the phone with him he then proceeded to tell me over the phone that because i raised my voice at him that the call was recorded and we weren't getting our ac fixed until the following monday this place is so trashy too like literal garbage everywhere you look theres also a rule that you have to keep your dogs on leashes but one of they're employees doesn't think rules apply to him and just lets his big dog out without a leash to run around out in the open when we first moved in they guy above us (high school aged) throwing literal parties 60-70 people deep they didn't care i had to take off work multiple times just to make sure that they would fix things correctly (and they still didn't) let me also say that there is only 1 person in that office that will help you genuinely and that is patty everyone else in that place are the rudest people i ever have had to deal with

I was given a date to move in and on the day of, had yet to receive any type of communication from management on when and how to get my keys, etc. I called them and they said my apartment was not ready and it would be another week. This was a huge inconvenience to me as I had asked off work and missed a day of pay for this. What would have happened if I didn’t have any other place to stay, or had rented a moving truck? Then I was given a second move in date. Then this day was moved once again. Then when I moved in it was very obvious the apartment had not been cleaned at all. There was broken glass, uncooked beans, and pasta noodles in the cabinets in the kitchen. Not to mention the horribly concaving shelving (which i requested maintenance to fix and they did nothing), floor trimming that doesn’t match, door stops on the wrong side of the wall, a sock wedged in the piping underneath the bathroom sink, etc. etc. etc. maintenance does not respond to any requests put in after your first month of living there. I have had pending requests for over a week that were urgent matters. I would not live here again.

No accountability, no communication. This place was flooded and caught fire in July and our leases terminated and its october and still havent received our rent money we paid. We losteverything from the flood and had to start over would be nice if we got our money back were we promised for me being a good resident and paying my rent early or on time. They haven't paid it back yet.

This property USED to be better. I am not sure what happened in the years in between leases (different owners perhaps?), but it's gone downhill. The apartment I leased has seen better days and from the looks of it, there's no intention to refurbish them; rather, it seems they will continue with a series of patch jobs until it falls apart or burns (as another unit did a few weeks ago). Office staff is probably the only bright spot here; so far, they've been very pleasant to work with. And the access to many things within a mile can't be beat. But unfortunately it just can't compensate for apartments that are in desperate need of updates, and I mean REAL UPDATES (new appliances, new cabinets, new carpet, new light fixtures...). Management will no doubt write a note saying that they took over recently. That's fine and all, but they may probably attract more high reviews by outlining plans to modernize the place. In the 80s and 90s this might have been the pride of the community. It's the 20s now...30+ years is a good time to give an overhaul rather than just collect rent.

I’m sure you guys were expecting this one. I moved in to village of bogey hills in May of 2021. I told the office the day I got the keys I noticed a really bad musty smell. Nothing was done. Saw a leak on my ceiling. It was spray painted. Mind you “old management” did that. So they don’t have any knowledge of what was done in the past. Fast forward, I had my first child. This was in January We realized our situation in our apartment was causing issues with her stuffy nose and mine, so we decided to get our air quality, plus a wall sample done. And man…. We have over 9-11 different types of mold in the air, plus 3 molds in the walls. We were told from our mold experts that two of the molds together are toxic and not good together. One of the molds they found they’ve never really seen in a home/apartment because it’s very toxic as well. They pretty much told us to get out of there as quick as possible. Especially with a newborn. Nothing was done because you guys didn’t see active mold. Yes we came into your office pissed, and rightfully so as I was healing from a C-section and my daughter was 2 weeks old. We were doing what was best for our family. The fact that you guys never EVER came in with a resolution was crazy to me. You guys never resolved the issue. Nor will I EVER think you will. Because we were mad that you allowed people to live in that type of environment. And this was under NEW management. We called priderock. We called Mills. Nothing was ever resolved. Please to the people renting this place. Be mindful. These apartments are VERY old. And lots of water damage which equals mold. I gave you guys the proof of the mold. I would honestly NEVER recommend living here. If they can “spray paint” over water damage. Then that’s on them. We didn’t cause the mold in the apartment, you should of fixed the issue as per your lease that I signed. You didn’t. You had a guy come walk through and say nope there’s no mold without any further testing. I’m very disappointed. I really hope one day you guys realize how you treated a new mom and a new family. It’s shameful. To the person who lives in my apartment next I am so sorry. And I hope and pray you don’t get sick. Because mold can cause serious illnesses. Honestly even if you did answer this. We have been living here for 8 months now and absolutely love it. We have a 2 bedroom 1 bath on the top floor which means it has vaulted ceilings. Highly recommend trying to get the vaulted ceilings! Ours is updated and the interior is very nice. We rarely hear any of our neighbors. Love the deck as well. We plan on staying here another year at least!!

I lived here for around a year and the staff is horrendous and rude, they moved us in to an apartment that was disgusting. Our ac and fan didn’t work, put carpet was dirty, our bathrooms and kitchen were disgusting and I couldn’t even use the over for a month because I couldn’t get it clean. Would not recommend anyone living here.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years. From my experience here I would not recommend because it’s not a good value for the cost, parking reasonably close to your apartment is at a premium, snow/ice removal during the winter is terrible, and the apartments are outdated. On the plus side the location is great and they do have good amenities.

This is a great apartment complex. I have lived here for a year now and they do anything you need to make your stay more enjoyable. The recent addition of the dog park was a very good idea. The complex does many community events for the residents along with an annual pool party. The location is the best you will find around Saint Charles plenty of shopping and close access to the highways. All my service requests were handled in a very timely fashion. Would definitely recommend for friends!
