The Aparments are very old they. roaches i been buying everything i can find to get rid of them. had 2 issues one they took 1 month to fix it and the other one i had to call like 5 times go to the office and email. to expensive for the way this aparments looks for me it was like rush situations so i had to live here. No Recomended only if is temporarily.

Roaches

These apartments are infested with roaches. I’ve been here 6 months And still infested and was charged a deep cleaning fee after bringing to their attention and I didn’t sign or agree to it . Just wanted to inform anyone who was inquiring about this place

Very ugly

Horrible place to live, there are bed bugs, I have to throw away my furniture, the train goes by all the time and it is a very loud noise, it does not let you sleep at times, a horrible smell of iron or chemicals arrives, I do not know how to explain the smell. It seems that they work in the government and they even charge you for laughing, they are very thieves, I do not recommend them at all

Too much noise

Notice that staff keeps changing left and right , next to a train track, car garage, and industrial work that is pretty loud. Made multiple complaints regarding people parking on the fire lane that block people in, and trash left all over the complex but not much has been made. Used to be quiet but now too loud around here and windows don't conceal the noise, big difference in temperature in upstairs and downstairs. Gets really hot upstairs

Awful roach infested apartments

Awful. The worst place I've ever lived. Have been here for months and pest control has came 4 times and I still have roaches crawling all over my house. I am a very clean person but they are everywhere and management does nothing except call pest control they spray every 2 weeks it does nothing. The laundry room is awful and small. The appliances are old and the heat goes out. For the price you pay this place is definitely not worth it.

Worst Apartments ever

The don't fix anything. My AC has gone out 5 times since we moved in back in March. I have called about my stove they come and never fix, management blows you off when you have an issue. I hate I ever moved in these apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Leaks n ants

I’ve been leaving here for a year already and I can’t wait to move out. Every time it rains my seling is leaking smh ??????? my carpet smells nasty ?? there’s a lot of ?? too

Barely moved in the apartments. The staff has been very helpful with everything I’ve asked. The maintenance fix what needs to be fix as soon as they can. Having as any problems.

The office staff

Although I would have to say that the office staff have always been very friendly with me but I am upset that I was told by management that if the other two roommates could show check stubbs proving that they make 2 x the rent between the two of them that I could take my name off the least, when that time came I was told that I could only remove my name at the end of the lease. At this time seeing as though I was once a marquis tenant in another state that I am calling corporate. Other than that issue I'm ok with the office.

too many RATS,ROACHES,and ANTS

Cant wait for my lease to be over. This are the worst apartment too many roaches ants and RATS they wont do anything about e rats but they will charge you for everything

Don't think to rent here It's dangerous area and the office will be good with you at first but when you sign the contract they will not be good with you any more and you have to fight with them if you need maintenance also the insect every day you find roaches and two times I found lizard finally the windows are shaking all time that makes noise and you can't sleep.
