Snug between the grassy plains and mountain peaks, Fort Collins is a treat for the eyes. It’s also home to Colorado State University, a top-ranking school known for academic excellence. Like many college towns, Fort Collins provides a variety of shops, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment in its downtown district, but the pull of the beautiful landscape might draw you outdoors most often. The nearby Rocky Mountains and Roosevelt National Forest are ideal for activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter, sledding, skiing, and snowshoeing are popular.
Year-round events and festivals bring Fort Collins residents together. Whether it’s enjoying the popular summer concert series, catching a live musical performance at the Mishawaka Amphitheater, cheering on participants in the Colorado Marathon, or attending one of the popular music festivals, there’s always something exciting happening.

Property Ratings at Villages on Plum Street
when I moved in there where numerous flaws and issues with the unit .1 inch gap in wall underneath the ac unit .faulty outlets .defective smoke alarms .disabled thermostat all of these issues were ignored by maintenance, as well as several issues with construction codes such as exposed wiring on breakers outside, lack of ground ground fault circuit interrupters near water supplies or on breakers, painted over outlets and lack of insulation in walls. the tenants seem to either have hoarding or drug problems and the people who run this “apartment” are overvaluing the property. reported to the city of Fort Collins don’t rent
It started with move in when we were told there'd be all new flooring. That was a lie. Also no cleaning crew comes through, we found blood on our wall when we moved in. Then it took 2 months for the landlord to get back to us about neighbor issues. Then the heaters weren't even working. We moved out early due to the constant frustration and trying to get a hold of the leasing office is a nightmare. Would rather be homeless than ever live in this complex again. Get EVERYTHING in writing, because they will deny anything.
