Overpriced smoke and mirrors
The management company encourages all landlords to raise their rents exponentially. The fountain doesn’t work anymore or they are just too cheap to run it. Most of the apartments are tenant occupied so they just don’t care. You’re paying for a “luxury” facade but a much closer look will reveal cheap quality apartments.
