Everyone here is so nice and polite, the property is exactly what we wanted. Couldn’t be happier ! The leasing office is super helpful with our move in and made as easy as possible!

Quiet place to stay. The hallways do need a cleaning. Parking is fine, guest parking on the 5th floor is a great idea. Gym is ok. Pool areas are nice.

I just love living here, it is so clean and quiet. It really feels like home :) My neighbors are so friendly, there is always parking, the gate WORKS. That is huge nowadays! I've been here a month and have only had one issue with maintenance that was repaired within 24 hours of my notice. 10/10 experience, I highly recommend.

I am in love with this complex and my apartment. I've already met my awesome neighbor (who greeted me with cheesecake), and all the staff have been so gracious. I feel like I've leveled up.

Everything was very smooth during my move in. During the tour was very informative and the complex is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is beautiful and my cats and I are very happy.

Everything is amazing but it could be a bit cleaner! The people is really nice and they are always ready to fix a problem. I would love for the grass to be cleaner, there always dog poop everywhere, even in the parking garage

We’ve been a little over a year now and definitely decided to renew lease. We love the community and the many shopping/eating opportunities in our area. Very quiet and chill apartment. We have no complaints and looking forward to the upcoming year.

We are so happy we moved back to this apartment complex. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. People that live here are super respectful and abide by the rules making it a fantastic place to live. I highly recommend living here!!!

My experience being here for the past week has been very pleasant. My kids have been very comfortable and happy with the new environment. Very safe, clean, and inviting.

Beautiful interior apartment, very involved and kind staff, great parking, and amazing amenities. So far the best place I’ve stayed in the past couple of years.

I have ived her for one year and just renewed my lease for another 13 months for many reasons. The first reason is the location - so close to highways, the mall, other stores, and many restaurants. The second reason is that I do enjoy living here. My neighbors are friendly and I feel safe living in this community. The third reason I renewed my lease is because I work from home during the day and it is usually very quiet for me to do my work. Finally, the maintenance team is amazing - they are prompt and friendly. I do hope that a few things will change, like the communication from staff and perhaps a few community events That being said, I thiink this is a great place to live.

Roaches in my apartment. Rats in the garage due to trash everywhere. The actual floor plan and location are great. If they upkeep with pest it would be perfect. To be fair they have been treating the problem but it still isn’t gone.

We love our new apartment, and the staff has been very kind, always striving to give us the best experience as residents. We especially want to thank Litzy, who has been attentive to all our feedback.

There are unfortunately many lights out in the front area. Walking your dog at night is a little unsafe The apartments are spacious. The pool areas are great. The amenities are wonderful. There’s little to no noise.

Clean, quiet, and has everything you might need. The neighborhood is very nice and has everything close by. The office is helpful of you need anything and requesting help is sleek and fast.

We are entering our fifth year here and love it! We love our apartment and the staff is so kind and helpful! Anything we need is taken care of right away. The maintenance staff is friendly and hard working.

Everything is very good, but there are a few things that could be improved, such as security and privacy, there are many people who do not live in the building and simply come to the pool and have huge parties until midnight, also the rules should apply to all residents and the office staff should be more friendly.

Lots of parking issues, cars getting hit on the street, cars getting broken into and stolen on the parking garage. We had a security guard but it was useless because he just sits at the front gate instead of patrolling the parking garage at night.

So far everything has been incredibly easy! We applied and were approved in the same week and were able to move in the following weekend thanks to the incredibly helpful staff

I like my apartment very much and it met all my expectations. The only thing I wish there could be is cameras in the parking lot to curb theft and speed bumps for pedestrians.

Great services provided, 100 % recommended for anyone tbh. Very clean and maintained. Views are awesome as well and neighbors are nice. Very quiet and friendly place.

I would give it a 5, but we’ve had some maintenance issues. Although we don’t submit requests often, the last few were closed out before anyone came to fix the issue and I had to call the office to get it corrected. Other than that, we enjoy living here.

Great location! Great property! Great service response times! Great tenant experiences! I don't know what took me so long to find this place, but I'm certainly glad to live here now!

This will be my 3rd year renting with VBH. Aside from issues that you'll run into with any apartment complex, I have really enjoyed my experience. The new management team has ensured that any and all maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and things with the frequent fire alarms and auto theft have been minimal. Overall happy and will likely renew for another year.

Everyone was very helpful. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Alexis helped me out all the way until my move in. Everyone is so kind.

I have requested maintenance for some repairs to my porch railing and to my French doors several times over a period of months. The management keeps marking them as “maintenance completed” but they have not fixed these issues nor communicated to me what their plan for resolving these problems is. The grounds look better now, but there is still a lot of dog poop. Judging from the rusted fences, dying landscape plants, and degrading crushed granite and astroturf, the apartment complex is beginning to show its age and to require an infusion of purposeful wideranging repairs.

This was by far the worst apartment I have experienced. Management is always changing. They don’t respond to calls, emails, or voicemails. They don’t notify you that they will fine you when you move out to replace carpet and send you to bill collectors- without ever sending a formal notice beforehand. They have a rat problem, a roach problem. And a fire alarm problem. I don’t recommend this complex.

Great place with spacious apartments and a polite quiet community. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues, and the courtyards and pool areas are well maintained.

I love this apartment community! I am a dog mom and it is very convenient to walk my dog within the apartment complex. Everyone I've met have been super nice and though I didn't think I would like the trash valet service, it is very helpful. Close to HEB, Costco, and Sam's, I've loved my experience here so far :).

The apartment is okay—has a good location, clean, and functional. Layout is decent, but the walls are thin, and appliances could use an upgrade.

Maintenance requests never get fulfilled. Mold is beginning to grow on the ceiling and water has been standing in a kitchen light fixture for 3 weeks

The hallways are always dirty, there's always water issues and the trash smh it's not aesethically pleasing to see all the time. On the other side, the community is quiet and centrally located and that's a huge plus!

Nice place to leave. Safe and calm. Many shops just behind. I’ll say come and be our new neighbours ! 2 min to get to the highway ! Welcome !!

Auto safety is a major concern. Periodic water interruptions and wait time on response of maintenance requests is challenging. The new Residence Manager is professional, friendly and willing to listen to residents.

This is my first time living in a complex here and I have to say that I don’t hate it. The location of the place is really good and the complex is quite cute. I wish it was cleaner, the pool is always filled with sand for some reason and the halls are always dirty and covered in spider webs! Even though I really like it here, because the rooms are very spacious with big bathrooms and really nice walk in closets, I have to say that I find it very annoying that we’re all getting charged absurd amounts of money for the water services, because we don’t have a meter, we all pay almost the same, even if there’s only two of us in an apartment!

Really enjoyed living at bunker hill so far. Great location with quality amenities. Everything you need can be done through the apps provided which is really useful when paying bills, understanding parking, and looking for when the pool closes!

Everything was clearly explained to me my management staff about how things are run at the residence. They were ready with my keys and paperwork for moving in with no delays or issues. So far so good.

wouldn’t recommend to live here longer than needed. convenient spot because of all the stores around. apartment complex doesn’t clean the halls so there’s always roaches, maintenance will not fulfill the job to be done, management is horrible to deal with they don’t seem to care unless you ask for managers and corporates number.

No complaints, price was great at the time I locked in, pools are clean, weight room/ yoga room are nice, mail room is nice, and the staff is nice.

The apartment amenities are great. The staff is delightful and professional The reason for not obtaining a 5. Too many lights in the garage are out. The front gate in unlocked and there’s a gap in the fencing where people come and go

I have truly enjoyed my stay here in the Villas. The office staff is amazing. I hate that we don’t have consistent security for the amount of rent that we pay.

Now everything is perfect, everything is clean and I think they have improved a lot with security, but something that is really annoying is that they do nothing with people who do not follow the pool rules.

It’s cool, dog park is nice, HEB is around the corner. Nice track in the back also. Parking garage is super convenient with all this rain. Two pools.
