The apartments/houses are built so nice and spacious. There is literally no way to disturb your neighbor & the inside of them are just like suburban living as they advertised. Everyone is friendly and on top of things if you have any concerns or questions about anything they are always there to help. Overly great communication skills. I give a 10/10 from top to bottom on the housing. Definitely what I expected and looked forward to ????
Staff is absolutely wonderful! Amanda is very charming and very knowledgeable. After touring, I immediately knew that I wanted to be apart of this community. I am falling in love with it more and more each day.
My experience at Villas at Capital Twenty has been very warming and pleasant. I'm happy I decided to move here. My villa is beautiful. I have a nice 2bdrm, 2bth, storage and garage for a decent price. I love it here!
First week and I must say the staff is absolutely amazing! Especially Kelly, she is going above and beyond to make sure I am enjoying my new home!
I’ve lived at the Villas at Capital Twenty for six months, and it’s been a great experience. The peaceful neighborhood, gated entrance, and spacious villas with modern finishes make it a perfect place to relax. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the community is quiet with little noise from neighbors. I also enjoy the well-maintained fitness center and walking paths. The location is ideal—close to shopping and dining, yet still private and calm. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to live in Madison, I highly recommend the Villas at Capital Twenty. It truly feels like home.
I just recently moved in and the office staff specifically Briana and Kelly and Amanda were an absolute gem. They answered all my questions i had and fixed any issues.
After having been here for almost 6 months now I must say I have been pleased with the staff, but disappointed with the units. The materials and build quality are very low quality and bugs are able to come into the units with ease as a result. Xfinity internet service seems to be the only service here and I am not happy with the service.
I am enjoying my stay here at Villas! It is very quiet and the amenities are very great. I am especially loving my attached garage! Kelly and Amanda have been very kind and helpful every step of the way with any requests.
The community her is really nice. The staff are nice and attentive. The neighbors are really nice. The areas stay really clean as well which isnt as common as most would think at other townhome communities.
The community team has been wonderful so far! They were very helpful during the leasing process while we got wverything in order. The community is clean and feels safe. We are looking forward to our stay here!

So far so good. Great place to live. Only issue is Xfinity wifi is terrible. Hopefully it gets better before my classes start. Because they are the only company offered here.

We’ve rented in the past but this is by far the nicest looking and the sweetest people!! And the amenities are things I would’ve never thought of and I absolutely love it

Villas at capital twenty has been incredible so far to live in. Clean, Quiet neighbors/neighborhood. Close to everything but does maintain its distance away from the city life. Pricing is reasonable as the units are huge. Happy to be a resident in this community!

It’s pretty cool. Everyone is nice and helpful. The apartments are built well enough. We just had to get some things fixed up. Once that was done, everything has been enjoyable.

I have had a great experience moving in to the Villas. The office is super nice and helpful. The apartments are brand new and gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and there is tons of storage space.

The staff was welcoming to me from day one. Both Amanda and Amber were great!!! They were sensitive to my needs and preferences. Because it was a new build, there was likely to be some issues with the apartment, which was very minor, but Amber and Greg handled them professionally and with care and within 24 hours of asking.
