Not sure where to begin. This as been the best experience i have had with apartment living. The staff, Rhonda, Beth and everyone in the office have been more than a leasing company, they have been family. They took on the issues we had with professionalism and care. Treating me as if it was THEIR home that they lived in. Man, I just can't convey how much that means coming from people i met 3 months ago. We wouldn't have gotten through this without the great attitude and understanding of the maintenance supervisor,Tom. He made it his daily concern to make sure we were taken care of. Outstanding work ethics and great communication skills. Thank you , sir. Thank you to all the staff here. You guys make this place great. Also, worth mentioning, trash service is daily except Sunday! Never heard of that, anywhere I've lived. This place is clean, safe and quiet.

I've lived here for over a year, and this is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in. Any time I have a request, it's immediately dealt with. My packages are never stolen, all the neighbors are very friendly. It's worth the money for the quality of apartment.

I have had a non working washer for a month. This place has gone down hill steadily for about 6 months now. I pay extra for this apartment because it has a washer and dryer. I will not be renewing my lease.
after 3 months of terrible Nabors they were finally evicted. They say they have security but my apartment was robbed during the day yesterday. when I got home the door was pryed open tv guns ect were taken and carried out broad daylight. I called so called security and they never even showed up. The cops showed up with in minutes. Maint showed up quick to secure the door. lived here 5 years and it was a great place till the last several months. ---do not recomend
I wouldn't recommend this complex to any I care about. Once we looked at the apartment and they gave us the price. We put down our deposits and everything. Then when we go to move in and sign our lease the price had went up. And they said "we're sorry the lady that quoted you that was a temporary hire". So we got stuck with a hire price. After only 4 months I've living there our entire ac unit went out. In the middle of July. We had no air conditioning. They let us stay in they're model apartment but nothing else was offered. We sat and slept in 90 degree apartment for three nights before we got that. They didn't offer us anything else. Also. During the initial set up of our apartment we brought them our account number with oge for our electric. Well they're email servers went down and they didn't get to send the confirmation email to transfer our oge from the villas account to our account. So the villas were charging us over 3 times the amount that oge charges. So in a two bedroom apartment we racked up over 300 dollars for an electric bill. Then upon the end of our lease. We had decided to go to a different apartment. Now there was small holes in our bedroom and basic stains in the carpet. So they were going to charge us to replaces the carpet. They are charging us almost 750 dollars to replaces the carpet. That's also including the deposit we put down initially of 150 dollars. So it's apparently costing them around 900 dollars to recarpet a 2 bedroom apartment. When my parents 3 bedroom house didn't even break 800 dollars. Please be advises of this before doing any business with these people. Thank you.
We moved in about 3 weeks ago and simply love it here. The value for the price is really great and all of the other tenants and office staff are super sweet. We have a first floor, two bed, two bath and it was immaculate when we moved in, with fresh paint, new carpet and new blinds. The only thing I could even start to complain about would be the cabinets-- they could be newer/prettier, but they are all functional and there are a TON of them. We can hear some footfalls and the occasional washing machine noise from upstairs and the occasionally cabinets closing from next door, but otherwise sound isn't too bad here-- our building is pretty quiet. We can also occasionally hear our neighbors' loud toddler when she's really excited and walking up to their apartment outside. The dog park is a great thing. There are pet cleanup stations with bags and receptacles all over the property which are really convenient, but I do wish the rest of the community would be more active in cleaning up after their pets. We had maintenance come out for a blind that was coming out of its track, it was fixed really quickly. They have a lot of rent promotions and sales too-- we get emails about them a lot, but we were able to waive our application fee with a toy for their holiday toy drive. We have a washer and dryer in our unit, which I would recommend. They are getting rid of their laundry facility on site to make room for a new (and desperately needed) mail room. There is a business center that has some computers but no printer-- though the office staff is really helpful and will print for you if you have something that needs to be printed, and the fitness center is small, but has good equipment. The actual location of the apartment within Moore has good points and bad-- it is really convenient being so close to the highway, but it can be an eyesore-- we have an apartment towards the back of the property so we can't really hear it, but there are some units that look right out onto it. The apartments are located about a five minute drive from groceries and lots of food, but the area directly surrounding the complex is a little shady-- some rundown businesses and a couple used car dealerships. The actual property is really beautiful and well-maintained, and all of the neighbors we've met so far have been really friendly. We love it here-- it is one of the best places we have ever lived for a reasonable price!

This is not a bad place to be. For the square footage, the price is not bad. For electric, OG&E, for internet, I use Cox and have had no problems, water is through the Villas. My only complaint is the area isn't much to look at. The apartment complex is fine, but around the complex there are a lot of auto shops. Might be why the area is cheaper, but you are right on 35 and 240, so it is easy to get where you want to. Plus, you are 5 minutes north of the Warren Theater, so that is nice. The staff has been helpful. I have made several maintenance requests via the website, and all of them were taken care of in a few days of me making the request.

I been here 2 years and me and my family and two dogs love this place thy keep everything nice and the way a home is supposed to be every time I need light or any maintenance done thy are all ways here to fix what ever we have to fix all the office people are friendly and all ways there to answer any questions I may have.. thy come with washer and dryers.. the pool area is very nice and all ways kept up and clean better then the last place was at.. thy also have grills and that's open year round to use any time I need them.. the club house is also nice when need have a meeting for my work or need just too relax for a few min.. all said and down this is a great place to be and I say come look for you're self and tell me when you walk in if the staff don't make you feel at home cause it's a welcoming feeling by all who work and live here at the villas sooo wanna give a shout out to all office and maintenance and grounds crew yall do a great job and I look forward too renewing my lease soon.. p.s. On renewal days they give little things away for people who we knew the leases and for people who stay here every year they get cards and to show your appreciation for living at Villas I do think anyone reading this should give these apartments a try it's home to me and my family and it can be your soon to be home also.. just wanted to say thanks

I moved in 1 year and 9 months ago, I've been paying my bill online for 1 year 8 months. They cancelled my online bill pay without my knowledge or consent, and tacked on a late fee to boot. One item of the long list of complaints I have for this complex.
