Villas at Houston Levee East

Overall, I am pleased with living in the Villas at Houston Levee. It is a relatively quiet and comfortable living experience. There are a few issues as with living anywhere but the leasing agents and maintenance teams are usually very quick to respond and are professional and courteous.

I love it here! It’s so beautiful and peaceful and clean! All my neighbors are awesome! The garage is my favorite part! The ladies in the office are all awesome and were very helpful!

Gate is always broken. Pool is clean sometimes. Grass gets mowed. Dog friendly. Otherwise it’s a nice place to live. People are sometimes nice. Really kinda upset about the gate.

Community is extremely secure, quiet, and peaceful! That is one of the characteristics about this apartment complex that grabbed my attention multiple times for 2.5 yrs.

Been here at the Villas at HL since 2018… I still love it here??. Lots of new faces coming in and going out…I’m still loving the peace and quiet in my area.

Overall this is an awesome place to live!! I feel safe living here and will recommend to others. The only thing that I would like to see change is the rent going down. I honestly feel more people would love to experience living here for a reasonable amount. I feel there is need for upgrades such as stainless steel appliances and other amenities since this is considered upscale apartment.

I had a great experience, love my new apartment and everything it has to offer. They asked what I was looking for and provided exactly what I wanted. They made the move in process super easy as well.

I just moved in and I am absolutely in love already. From the bathroom tub to the huge closet space is amazing!!! The layout and the open space is so perfect!

My times at the villas has been very pleasant. I am apart of a nice and quiet community. The staff is very nice and I would recommend this apartment to any person who is looking for a nice, quiet, and clean place to live.

Nice, quiet, and safe community. I love my balcony. I also like the fact I have a garage. The Community is gated and also has a security alarm in the home.

I love staying here. It’s very very peaceful and homie here. So far everyone is very nice and friendly here as well. All of my neighbors are very nice and kind people.

I’ve been living here since August 2024. So far, things have been ok. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely matter. Love my garage!! To just get out of my car and walk into my apartment is a wonderful feeling. I recently got some new neighbors that can be a little too noisy, especially with me working nights, but I feel that I can have the office address that. Hopefully the next few months will be better.

The Villias is a nice quiet community area. I haven't had any major issues my time here. The apartments are also close to many stores and dining spots.

love love LOVE these apartments. i would recommend to ANYONE if they asked for a safe place, especially teens looking for their first place on their own. the people in this community are so kind and thoughtful! even when it comes down to lost pets and mail!!! i love everything these apartmentd stand for! 10/10!

My leasing agent was extremely pleasant. The tour was thorough. I love the amenities and my unit. Also, I appreciate the welcome basket provided by the community.

The property is clean and well maintained. The maintenance team does a great job of maintained the property. They adhere to maintenance requests in a timely manner. In addition, the office staff is always kind and courteous.

It has been very quiet since I have been living here with no issues. I would just like to see the apartments painting to be complete on both sides West and East sides.

I have enjoyed my time here at the Villas at Houston Levee East for over 5 years. This is the longest duration of time that I have lived in any apartment community as an adult. What I enjoy the most is the quietness at night. I do not take it for granted. While I do not know my neighbors on a personal level (hard to connect with people in today’s times), everyone seems relatively respectful of each other, courteous, and polite. The only thing that would help to make things better is more communication and visibility from the property manager, Christy. There has been a lot of turn over with the leasing team over the past 2 years or so which has been a concern but the current ladies, Cambrian and Gabrielle have been with the community for a few months this year (2024) and are very professional! The maintenance team has also been respectful, helpful and responsive. Overall, if peace, quiet and the amenities offered here are what you’re looking for, this is the place to call home.

Great property and great location. I wish that the gates were working property more but overall, I have has a great experience. Office staff is nice and residents are nice as well.

This is my first full month here and I'm loving every bit of it so far. Everything is convenient. It is a very quiet neighborhood. My kids and I are happy that we get to call this place home.

The apartment I stay in I love so much. The neighbors are great and the staff are very helpful. It’s quiet and peaceful out here which is something I enjoy the most cause I love my SLEEP!!

Move in was a breeze and Gabrielle was very helpful with me moving in. The area that I reside is very quiet and cozy. The view of the lake in my front living room is amazing.

My overall experience is pretty good so far. The move in process was easy, staff friendly and professional. I'm happy so far. We see see what the future holds.

I love my apartment! It’s spacious, beautiful with baseboards, a gorgeous kitchen, and a 2 car garage. The office staff is amazing! They made my move in quick and easy. They made sure I was happy with my place and answers any concerns. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe environment!

I have been living at the Villas East for a month now. Everything has been going fine so far. Gabby was my leasing specialist and she was so sweet and relatable! I plan to began exploring some of the amenities offered. The maintenance team does a good job. I’ve only put in minor requests and they are usually completed by the next day. My only suggestion for them is to please inform us before entering the apartments. I, unfortunately was woken up, by the team trying to open my door after the privacy lock was put in place and I had to work that evening. That’s just a suggestion of being courteous. Overall, I love my apartment and attached garage.

my experience at first was not good. he resident i apply for had eclectically issues on move in day. I received a call on move in day and was giving another unit. the new unit is smaller and the garage is not a side by side. i ask can something be taken off rent since this was no fault of my on. it was told no and that i can move in my original unit in 7 days. i could not wait 7 days to move in because i had to be out my current place by Sunday. which will leave me homeless or pay for a hotel. i had already had mover set and a cleaning crew. basically i had to accept what i was delt. the staff was apologetic but the that did not help me. i still believe something could have been done.

Honestly lost the apartments very peaceful and quiet. Very community oriented and everyone is so friendly when you are walking around. Very clean space and I also feel very safe in this community.

I have had no issues since moving here from Houston, Texas. In fact, o appreciate all of the mid-south hospitality…I have everything I need close to me and a gym…

Maintenance is good. Valet trash is very convenient. I haven’t seen wild life around so weekly pest control is good. I had a good experience here!

I love the apartment and I feel very safe. Spacious apartment. Love the layout. Gate breaks down way too much and there is not a lot of security around community areas.

I would have gave it a 5 star review if these gates would get fixed. I love the area and community on the East side, but something must be done about the gate entrance being open and the gate to the pool area.

So far so good the neighborhood is quiet apartment looks very nice on the inside and out although i wish the closet had a light. Gabby from the leasing office also made applying and moving in pretty fast and easy.

Love the new place. Close to everything we might need, such as Kroger, walmart, Resteraunts. Love the environment. Everyone I have met have been really nice.

So far so good! Super nice leasing agents. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to the freeways. Right down the road from all of your daily needs.

As I head outside every morning I see the neighborhood I grew up in. I have been taking in that sight every morning for almost eleven years now. Surprisingly, I have not yet gotten fed up with living here for such a long time. Every year I learn more about my neighborhood and get closer to my neighbors, making the thought of detachment all the more mind-boggling. My neighborhood is what I consider my own personal Utopia, it has everything I consider to make a neighborhood perfect, but that is of course just my opinion. It has a location that offers sufficient amount of privacy, entertainment to keep you busy, a sense of kindliness roaming around the air, and not to mention it or brag but it is also a very good-looking place to live in.

Community feels safe, homey, just the right amount of noisy life, many friendly faces (human & pets), good amenities, only thing is a quicker response time for maintenance things.

I have been living in these apartments for some time now. Overall, I find these apartments to be a safe and secure living environment. The safety measures in place give me peace of mind, knowing that my well-being is a priority. Communication with the management team and staff at the apartments has been pretty good. They are responsive to inquiries and address any concerns promptly, which is essential for a positive living experience. However, one area of improvement I would suggest is updating the apartments. While I like the design, I believe that some areas could benefit from modernization and upgrades to enhance the overall living experience. In conclusion, my experience at these apartments has been positive overall, with highlights including safety, design, and good communication. I believe that with some updates and improvements, these apartments could become even more exceptional.

I’ve lived here four years. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is on point most of the time. Well, this complex is big so expect some delays or mishaps. Location is good. I have no school age children so don’t know about the districts. Complex is clean and there is trash service! All in all I’ve had a good experience living here!

Great place to live. I been here almost a year and I had no problems thus far, very thankful for the people in office. On time with maintenance request as well

My overall thoughts of the apartment is.. it’s still a great place to live? I’m happy with my neighbors…it’s a quiet community and I still feel safe here. Our Maintenance team does an amazing job with the size of this Community.. I’m sure it’s not easy… our grounds are beautiful with one draw back.. you have some residents that think cleaning up after THEIR dogs is included in their rent. For the most part I enjoy walking around our community… And I probably shouldn’t say this …but you ask. I would rather smell Marijuana outside than to smell or step in dog poop. Nice apartment, friendly neighbors, and apartment staff. Gated community, valet trash, garage, built in desk area, and dishwasher is a plus. Quite peaceful in East Villas.

Very quiet residents. Well maintained apartment buildings, and layout from the outside. Specifically enjoy the walking access around the perimeter, and beauty of the leasing office. Would prefer the gates to be operational at all times, but maintenance at times is understood and expected. The noise from the traffic is pretty loud at times, but just the nature of being in a location so accessible to town.

So far, I love the community. I met two of my neighbors as they saw me moving in. The community is clean, can easily get in contact with the office staff.
