Property Ratings at Villas at Pony Tracks
Trying to charge for parking after being spefically told otherwise. Dishonest owners
These apartments are new, but they have issues. The AC didn't work, doors didn't lock, water leaks through the front and back door, dishwasher was locked out of place. Maintenance is also slow or don't respond to inquiries. To make matters worse, the trash situation is horrible. People, who don't live here, dump trash all day. The trash people never come. It's gotten to the point that maggots are everywhere. I would look somewhere else.
