Property Ratings at Villas at Potters Creek
I have lived at Villas of Potters Creek for over a year and have found the place to be a great place to live. The apartments are well maintained and roomy (2bd/2bath). I have never heard the neighbors in the surrounding apartments, great sound dampening walls. All my neighbors have been respectful. I have not had a single issue during my time as a tenant.
Cheaply-made units priced outrageously high. Shooting range on other side of woods ruins the peace and quiet we expected when we moved in. Loud cracks of gunfire from rifles, handguns, and assault weapons is sometimes constant throughout the day. In the evening when you take a walk and would like to hear the birds singing in the trees instead you hear CRACK, BOOM, BAM-BAM-BAM, POW.
My husband and I recently moved here from North Carolina and we absolutely love The Villas at Potters Creek! They are beautiful inside and out and the neighbors are all so sweet! Jody, the leasing manager, has been amazing from day one! The units remind me of a newer style condo with all the extras...open kitchen/dining, walk in closet, and huge pantry! We couldn't be happier with our decision to live here! Top notch!
My experience with the leasing manager was smooth and very professional. She went above and beyond to ensure my moving experience was very easy. I have great experiences here. The layout is amazing; the staff are friendly, helpful, professional and always available; it's clean, well maintained, I could go on!! I would definitely recommend these homes to others!
